The property is located on the hills of Bonne Terre, a peaceful and tranquil residential area, with a breathtaking view of the Rodney Bay Marina and the Caribbean Sea.
We are close to the Rodney Bay Marina, Rodney Bay, supermarkets, restaurants, bars,several beaches. It's about 90 minutes drive from the Hewanorra International Airport. Airport Shuttle is available at additional cost.
The property has 4 apartments. Each apartment offers a spacious living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths en suite, a balcony. All bedrooms are air conditioned. The living rooms have ceiling fans.

Beautiful view

Our stay was comfortable. The home is a bit old but has everything you need. Could use some upgrades. No hot water. Beautiful views of Rodney Bay, but the walk or drive up to the place is not easy.

Pool was the only redeeming feature

We stayed here for 4 nights after spending 10 days in Castries area at another rental that we were extremely happy with. This place has tonnes of potential but is not kept up. Fan didnt work in 1 of the bedrooms and a/c unit in the other bedroom froze up and needed to be tirned off continually. Kitchen not well stocked at all and some of the appliances didnt even fit in the plugs. The front door handle came off in my hand just closing the door and when i told the manager he said i must have been rough with it. There is no stove and even thoigh it says theres a grill there were no briquettes so unable to use it. Only 3 plastic chairs on the deck for 4 pple and only 3 loungers at the pool. We were only given 1 roll of TP/bathroom, maybe could have asked for more but after door handle incident i didnt want to deal with him. Also NO hot water for showers OR dishes. The only thing we liked about this rental was the pool. Quite a trek uphill to get to the condo but close enough to grocery store and a half hour walk to beach.

Thank you for your review. You mentioned that the AC in one bedroom froze up. We have a remote for each AC and it is working perfectly. The kitchen has a stove, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a blender, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, strainers, pot and pans. I am quite sure that the kitchen is very well equipped. We live downstairs of the apartment that you rented and if something was missing, you could have let us know. We have adapters in the kitchen, maybe you have not seen them. Our guests always buy charcoal to use the grill. There is a stove in the kitchen and our guests always use it. Sometimes it really helps to communicate with the hosts. We talked about the beach chairs and I mentioned that guests had destroyed 2 beach chairs and that it is extremely difficult to buy new ones. They are not easy to get. I did not review your stay because I did not want to lower your average. It would have been nice to tell us that you broke the curtain rod. All the best for you.
