Welcome to your home away from home in the beautiful Hunter Valley!

This architecturally designed, single-level retreat offers breathtaking
golf course and mountain views. Positioned along the 17th tees,
you`ll have a prime vantage point to enjoy the fairway while firing up
the BBQ on the rear entertaining deck.

Accommodating up to six guests, the home features three inviting
bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master and guest bedrooms
open onto a private outdoor patio, perfect for unwinding in a serene
setting.

Please note: This property is strictly not pet-friendly and no pets are
allowed.

Great place

Great place for a weekend golf trip. Really convenient in an excellent location. Scenic and peaceful. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Would stay again

Great value, clean & tidy family friendly house

Our family had a great time at The 17th Tees. House was really clean and tidy with all the beds made with full linen and towels (normally we have to bring our own when we stay in holiday houses). The location was great, nice and private backyard yet the house was within only a short distance to the Clubhouse and The Vintage swimming pool which the kids loved. The house was great value for our small family and we will definitely be back again….
