THE VIEW
Relax and enjoy panoramic unobstructed ocean views from the master bedroom, kitchen, living room, or on the back porch while lounging back and reading a book in the comfortable patio furniture.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The remodeled kitchen sports the popular open concept design with brand new top-of-the-line appliances, Corian countertops, and ample cabinet space.. The cabinets and drawers are fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining room table seats 6 with additional places at the bar as well.

LIVING AREAS
The living room has ample seating locations with two sofas and 2 chairs. In addition to cable and a DVD player the living room TV has also been equipped with a DVR for your enjoyment. The condo has an elegant glass fireplace which can be used to create a beautiful ambiance on the occasional chilly day.
The master bathroom features a large walk-in shower and the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.

SLEEPING
D19 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom has a beautiful king-size bed with matching nightstands and a dresser. The master bedroom closets have been lined with cedar and have custom storage areas for your convenience. The second bedroom has a Queen/Twin bunk bed with a Twin trundle. Both bedrooms have mounted flat-screen TVs, cable, and DVD players.

-D-19 has an exclusive screened security front door which allows the tenants to keep the entire front door open safely for ventilation when they sleep or are away.

D19 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities in the complex with card/app operated washers and dryers, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is so centrically located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!

**PLEASE NOTE there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

Perfect family vacation

The unit was perfect for our family of 5. The outdoor patio area was great for the kids to play safely. Location was perfect to the pool and beach. Communication was easy with the property manager. Kitchen was well stocked. We will be back.

Perfect beach vacation August 2016

Our family enjoyed this beautiful condo a couple of weeks ago August 2016. We found the condo to be very tastefully decorated, immaculate condition, very well stocked - even better than listed in description. It was so easy to work with managing company. Could not ask for anything more. Right on the sand. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing yet fun vacation!

Location can't be beat

Amazing location, beautiful property, like staying in Hawaii. Can't beat the ability to walk out the back and be on the ocean or sleep with the sound of the waves. Like others said, we had some issues with ants but it might have been caused by beach work being done? Also, no toiletries were available when we checked in. Property manager was helpful and responsive w those issues.

Amazing views and location!

We absolutely loved this beachfront condo. This is the third year we’ve stayed at this condo complex and we dreamed of getting a unit like this so close to the water. There was a bit of an ant issue the first night we were there but we got it under control. Overall, we would love to come back again!

Beautiful location

The location right by the ocean was ideal and we enjoyed listening to the waves. There were some problems with the accommodations, however. The fold-out couch bed doesn't lie flat and so it can be uncomfortable unless you prefer to sleep with your head elevated. Also, for the price, a king sized bed in the master would be nice. Finally, the master bathroom is a bit cramped (the shower door hits the toilet).

Condo on the beach

We had a very enjoyable stay at this2 BR condo in North Coast Village in Oceanside, CA. This unit is directly on the beach although there a rock berm and there is a short walk through the side gate of the property to get to the sand. There’s a patio with incredible view of the beach and sunsets. The unit was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The owners agents were always immediately available, very pleasant and helpful. We will be back!!!

Best unit in North Coast village

Unit D-19 was just as pictured, So close to the ocean that the spray caught your face at high tide, Very clean. All the TV channels you could ever want, Wonderful location close to some excellent restaurants..Mark and Shanna were very receptive to our needs and promptly responded to the few concerns we had. Highly recommend this condo.

This has the most beautiful view of the ocean.

Beautiful views. Really appreciated the tall table and stools outside to see over the wall. Watched surfers in the morning and gorgeous sunsets at night. Nice short walk to beach (2 min or less) short walk to pool (2 min) short walk to parking, a few steps and a few minutes. Lots of towels, Linens, pillows etc., several boogie boards, beach chairs and beach toys. Everything needed to cook. Seems like for $150 cleaning fee I shouldn’t have to empty all the trash, wipe countertops, load dishwasher, strip beds and gather linens but it is what it is. Cleaners could be a bit more thorough cleaning under couch, dressers, beds , windows etc but overall in good shape. Would definitely return as well as recommend to friends. I would prefer a more customary 11 or 12 checkout as opposed to 10. Had a great time just had to leave too soon. Also management company checked in to make sure everything was ok.

Terrific place to hide from the snow!

Our stay in Oceanside was everything that we hoped for. The condo was just like the pictures displayed. The ocean was just outside our door! We were able to sit every night and watch the sun go down from our little patio. The unit was clean and well maintained. Everything that we needed was there. The complex is lovely and very well maintained. The pool area is large and well set up complete with a BBQ area. The hot tub area was our retreat. Surrounded by trees a waterfall it was perfect. The harbour is a short walk away with lots of choices for restaurants. The beach is just outside your door waiting for you to take long daily strolls. We will hopefully book again soon and bring our family.

Steps to the beach as advertised!

Is there anything better then lulling ones way to sleep to the sound of real ocean waves crashing against the shore! Thank You for reaching out and letting us know we could book a day earlier, that was very thoughtful. We enjoyed being so close to the beach for our kids and close enough to the pier to enjoy Ruby's Restaurant.

Million dollar view

Couldn't ask for a better position, right on the beach. The condo is equipped to the highest possible standards. From body boards to baby spoons , it has everything you can think of plus more. Mark from the management company was very easy to get along with and took the time to check on us as he was down looking at other units. I am already looking forward to a return visit.

A piece of Oceanside HEAVEN

We booked this condo for a week of spring break. We wanted a place for our family of 4 to relax and enjoy the time off from school and work. This rental was PERFECT! The rooms were emmaculate when we arrived. The toys were fully stocked (we had brought our own boogie boards in case they were only little kids boards available and were delighted to find full sides boards available for use). We loved the patio furniture and spent each evening watching the gorgeous sunset. We had all the kitchenware we could ever possibly think to use. The couches were comfy and the movie channels made for a special treat to watch at the end of the day. The condo is ground level and you walk out to beach level. We loved loved LOVED our stay. My only suggestion is redecorate the walls with floor to ceiling mirrors (I didn't care for the mirrors).

Breathtaking

We were in Heaven during our stay here! The complex was amazing and we loved walking around and exploring the little ponds and waterfalls throughout (we even saw a bunny several times!). The pool was large and perfect for our family and we used the big BBQ's by the pool several times and they were always clean :) But even with all that our specific condo was what really set the experience on a high for us! To be able to look up from the kitchen and see waves in the ocean and to hear it 24/7 was an amazing experience. It was so nice to let the kids go out and play on the grass and in the small sand area right off the porch and then also to be able to sit out on the patio furniture and watch the kids playing on the beach could not be beat. The beds were very comfortable and the condo every bit as luxurious as the pictures show. I've told all my friends and family about it!

Simply loved the condo!

Back to NCV again! Our family loved this condo. It was stocked so well and was so comfortable. The location of the entire complex is amazing and this condo it right at the front on the water. We could literally step over the seawall and be on the sand. We are told the sand is not always that high so maybe we lucked-out but we really loved playing in the beach and watching the sunsets from our balcony at night. We watched dolphins from our patio and think we even saw a whale one evening further out. We loved our trips to Sea World and Lego Land! Next year we plan to come back again and go to Disney Land. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the vacation. My only feedback to the owners is the boogie boards my need a new cord soon. It is starting to wear down.

Best vacation spot!

We come to North Coast Village every year and love it. This year was no different. The condo was beautiful and clean. The unit is kid friendly and the grassy area in the back is perfect for them to play in when we aren't playing in the sand. The view is like nothing else. Definitely exceeded our expectations. We'll be back next year for sure.

It fell short.

The vacation itself fell short. The oceanfront location can't be beat, however, there were many things that didn't go well... *The condo phone needs to be put on the DO NOT CALL list. We received a dozen or so calls from solicitors, mostly in the evening. *the tv wasn't accessible for the first couple days because of what turned out to be dead batteries in the remote. *The mirrored walls, tables and ceiling fans were dusty. I like things clean. *When we sat down to eat our first meal, I noticed clear tape on the end of my fork. We found it on several of the forks mostly. It must have been a new set they never washed. Kind of freaked me out. *There were stickers on the underside of most dinner plates too - it was clear they weren't ever washed. *The dishwasher soap was in clumps, so we hand washed dishes. *Not one single garbage liner! No spices besides salt and pepper. If you are going to cook, be prepared to bring everything. *Children running across the floor upstairs until 10:30 or 11pm at night, and starting early in the morning. *I couldn't walk out onto the patio in the morning for a cup of coffee, or in the afternoon to read or any time really without the next door neighbor confronting me with a "Hi!! Nice weather, huh? How are you doing?? What do you do for a living?? Where you from??" Etc. etc. etc. He was nice enough, and I'm generally friendly, but I just needed a break.) Ther patios are all connected. He parked his chair halfway between our places, and he moved closer every day. I was told he is there often. *There was major construction going on in a couple individual units by the pool, so it was never quiet. They had a tile cutting saw going on every day but one. *Just outside the side gate workers were doing construction there too. It was loud and the side gate was not in order the day we had a guest come. *In the master bed I felt like I was sleeping on a child's bed. There was a waterproof mattress cover on the mattress that was uncomfortable. *There were 22 people in the jacuzzi and all but 5 were kids. It was hot, which was nice but way too chlorinated. The steam burned your eyes.

Thank you very much for your detailed feedback. We have been representing this condo since the beginning of the summer and this is the first negative/critical feedback we have received on this condo so it will be very helpful for us to use in improving the condo, though some items seem untrue or very picky. I have listed some comments below in what we plan to do in order to correct these problems. Thank you again for taking the time to give detailed feedback. Phone - Previously we had the phone silenced but it sounds like previous guests must have been using it so the ringer turned back on. I will suggest to the owner to make sure it is on the DNCL. TV Issue - This would have been taken care of soon but it did not seem like a big priority to the guest. We attempted to trouble shoot over the phone that same day. We sent our handyman by to correct the issue the next day. Dust - the condo is cleaned from top to bottom and all surfaces are wiped each cleaning. The guest sent us a picture of the dust and it appeared to have come from having the door left open during their stay. With the breeze coming right off the ocean it does carry a small amount of dust. The only solution to this is not to leave the door open, but most want to listen to the waves right outside your patio. Tape on utensil - We had our cleaners look into this and it appears there was one fork that has some clear scotch tape on it. It had been washed in the dishwasher but we had not caught it before we received the feedback. Stickers on plates - The plates had definitely been cleaned multiple times and had been used throughout the entire summer. Dishwasher Soap - The powder soap was a little clumpy. Once again this happens because the condo sits right on the beach and the humidity causes it to clump. Usually a little shake of the box fixes it but we will probably use liquid soap going forward. Garbage Liners - There were extra liners but the guest failed to check beneath existing liner to find the extras in the bottom of the can. We typically leave 3-4 extra liners for the week's stay. Friendly neighbor - Since the condo is located in a complex you aren't in complete isolation and some times there are friendly neighbors to talk with. The condos have separate patios so it is not like someone is right outside your door but it is possible for others to be out on their patios and make friendly conversation with you. Jacuzzi - It is very very rare to have that many people in the jacuzzi.

Sunset Perfection

What a great place to stay!! This condo is so awesome!! Brought the family here to get some beach time before winter. The condo was decorated nicely and very clean. It was nice to have a stocked kitchen to cook our own meals and then enjoy them on the patio as we watched the waves hit the beach or watched the sun set. The grounds are immaculate as you walk around the complex. The management staff was very easy to work with and answered all our questions promptly. I would recommend to anyone that is wanting to get away to the beach and relax. It was a great vacation!!
