The gulf beaches 7 miles away, I 275 for access north or south less than 20 miles to Tampa International Airport. Very Important Association only allows three times a year for less than a month rental. Please check for availability for shorter than a month before trying to reserve. Fees paid directly to the Association requires a $150 processing fee, a reservation/lease and an association addendum. Tenant info form, vet records if pet is coming. These forms will be provided once confirmed. Please allow a minimum of five working days to process. Any rush processing costs an additional $50 to the association. Only US dollars allowed for payment. photo id forward results to prop mgr. non us citizens to provide passport and any visa's. /Pet negotiable with fee $250 per pet fee.

If there is a pet or pets: pictures, name, breed, color and vet record of shots. Cats may be exempt for shots - inquire.
Auto info: if your driving here: make/model-color -year. Tag number and state. Copy if registration. If renting an auto, to register vehicle provide info at on site Mgmt office.

Once I have the information I will prepare the forms for our office as well as for the association.
