Gorgeous 3 bedroom spacious house can accommodated 2-7 people.

Galleywood House is a beautiful spacious, modern, two-storey, self-contained townhouse ideally located in Warrnambool only a short walk to an assortment of foreshore activities (including restaurants) & Warrnambool's main beach & golf course.

It is also close to the CBD, shopping centre & entertainment. Or just relax in the evening on the upstairs balcony & enjoy the panoramic views of the city lights and Warrnambool's foreshore.

Activities close by include:
Beaches for swimming, surfing, snorkelling & scuba diving.
Lake Pertobe Adventure Playground including BBQ, picnic areas and mini golf.
Fishing at the Merri River or Breakwater.
Golf at the Warrnambool Golf Course (18 Holes).
Restaurants/bars & skatebowl.
Bike/walking tracks - saltmarsh boardwalk & foreshore promenade

There are 3 bathrooms (2 upstairs, 1 down with corner spa), 2 living areas (1 up, 1 down) both with flat screen TVs (plasma & lcd) & DVD players. A CD player with iPod loading dock, assorted DVD's and board games are provided for the kids. Your comfort is assured with 2 split-system air conditioners (1 upstairs & 1 down), plus central heating throughout.
A double garage with remotes provides direct access to either inside or to the paved outdoor entertaining area equipped with a BBQ, a 6 seat outdoor setting, north facing enclosed rear yard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There’s no internet connection but, we played cards and spent time enjoying the surrounding as the home is very close to the beach and the hot springs.

It was a wonderful experienced, the house is comfortable and close to the beach and town.

The house was clean, spacious, basic needs in the kitchen are provided, beds are comfortable, owner is so kind and ensure we have an enjoyable experience. We will hire it again in the near future by God's grace.

Fabulous Adult Family Accommodation

My husband and I booked for our eldest daughter’s wedding. We had our other adult children, their partners and our baby granddaughter stay with us. The accommodation was perfect for us with 3 bathrooms ( and toilets) and heaps of room for everyone to spread out. The only addition I’d live is wifi but we weren’t home long enough to really miss it. A beautiful choice for our family. Thank you.

Friends weekend away

3 couples spending the weekend in Warrnambool. Galleywood is a lovely home situated just a couple of minutes from the main street of Warrnambool. The home is well maintained, clean and very comfortable. 2 Lounge areas provide for privacy if you want it. There a re3 bedrooms, 1 with ensuite and 2 other bathrooms so for us we were well catered for. Galleywood is close to all the Warrnambool attractions, Lake Pertobe, Blue Pool hot springs and the centre of town wih its pubs and restaurants. You can arrange a courtesy bus to and from the Warrnambool RSL. It is very well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable, stress free stay. A double garage with automatic doors is also a bonus. The balcony upstairs lets you relax and watch the sunset and there is a secluded courtyard out the back. The Galleywood host was very responsive and it is an easy property to access. We highly recommend a stay at Galleywood.

Galleywood House looks lovely outside and in, maybe slightly dated but is perfectly neat and tidy with all the amenities we could possibly have needed. Easy access on a quiet enough street, easy check in. Loved that there were 2 full bathrooms plus an extra toilet, and spa bath. Beds were comfy. Plenty of space in upstairs and downstairs areas for kids to spread out, with 7 of us there. If we're ever back in Warrnambool I'd be happy to stay there again.
