RIVERVIEW HEIGHTS Large/small Group Accommodation

Large groups welcome in this fully self contained house, great for wedding parties or for your wedding guests to stay, family celebrations, sporting clubs, the list is endless with a large fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. It has three living areas, two upstairs and one downstairs, two of the living areas have large screen tvs with Austar connection, a master bedroom with ensuite (with spa bath) and queen bed, plus seven other bedrooms, five with queen beds and two with single beds, and three fold out double bed size sofas. There are three other bathrooms all with bath/ seperate shower, living areas open out to south facing deck areas, overlooking the river, with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Downstairs living area also has a 3/4 size pool table.
Off street parking for 4 cars. It is within walking distance to shopping centre with coffee shop, large supermarkets, newsagency etc, it is also within walking distance to Flying Horse Bar and Brewery.

Border Cup golf trip

I new the area so location was great, we were a group of 12 guys so need that many beds and also room to move so we we’re not tripping over each other.Lots of different areas to move around in and plenty of extra facilities we hadn’t counted on.We had on little hiccup but was quickly sorted out by our Hostess Lorraine, nothing was to much trouble for her.Everyone commented on the House/size/amenities:/facilities in a positive way.For big groups or multiple families it’s a great home.Good Time.Co Rob

Great house for large family group

Fantastic week with 11 adults. Super comfortable house, lots of rooms, very well stocked with everything you need. Gorgeous river views from the balconys. Highly recommen. Worth the cost!

I was impressed the the amenities, room sizes, and living areas. Our stay was made all the better with just how comfortable the space was. The calming riverside view allowed for some gorgeous sunrises and sunsets too We loved our time here.

Girls Stay

The property was as described and as the photos indicated. Lots of room, great kitchen with essentials provided. Unfortunately the dishwasher hose sprung a leak and our kitchen was flooded. However, we were home at the time and managed, with our bath towels to prevent water leaving the kitchen area. We contacted Lorraine who sent out a plumber and an electrician, as one down stairs light fitting had water issues. Unfortunately the dishwasher was not able to be fixed right away so it was all hands on deck for dish duties. One thing that could be improved on is if the BBQ was on the same level as the kitchen. We had to take all our food downstairs to the BBQ then back upstairs to the dining room.

Take me to the river- Spacious riverside retreat with the ocean a 10 minute drive away

Riverside Heights was the perfect location for a 50th birthday family celebration. The home comfortably housed 14 people. The photos don't do it justice! The huge downstairs living area was a welcomed surprise, with plenty of couches and the pool table was a hit!

Amazing accomodation

We enjoyed our stay at Lorraine's house. She was very accomodating and her place was complete of stuff we needed to use (steamer, microwave, high chairs and cot). It was a hassle free experience plus the location of her place was beautiful, the view is epic. Looking forward to book this accom again

Great house. Terrific for large groups or family’s. House is very clean and spacious with lots of different areas. Some furniture is getting a bit old and some blinds need repairs but overall a terrific place for a few days fun with friends or family

River house reunion

Wonderful!. We had 9 people and one guide dog. Plenty of room for gathering and separate spaces. Host communication was lovely and helpful. Great spot, peaceful setting. Possibly the only suggestion would be a larger or additional fridge, otherwise we could not fault it!! 5 stars!

Memorable christmas christmas reunion

Beautiful house ,with stunning views ,close to shops ect . 14 adults and 4 children . Family christmas reunion . Lorraine very helpful (the host ). Kitchen well stocked for large groups. Lots of room for everone . We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay .lots of great things to do for kids and adults in warnambool . We were amazed at the friendliness of all the local people . Perfect Girls Weekend Away

It was months in the planning, a weekend away from the kids, some time to relax and regroup. This home was the perfect location to do this. We cooked up a storm, watched the kangaroos and cows graze the fields as we ate our breakfast and the rooms were all welcoming and comfortable. Thank you Lorraine

Girls weekend

We celebrated our 50th birthdays and was the perfect spot to do it. Fantastic house with everything well stocked with beautiful views. Will definately recommend this house and will stay here again
