Located on famous Pertobe Road you can walk out the back door to the beach only 400 meters away where the seals play and the horses race along the sand. Or perhaps out the front to the 8ha Lake Pertobe adventure playgrounds, mini-golf and markets? Have dinner cooking in the slow-cooker while you cycle on the rail trail? Or a foreshore BBQ and Whale watching? Spot a ray in Stingray Bay then a sunset cliff top walk? The geothermal bath house then champagne on the balcony? Walk to the local restaurant or cook up a feast for friends? A big spa bath then popcorn and Netflix with the kids after a hard day at the skatepark?


Pertobe Road Beach House is the perfect destination for your beach-side holiday.
The house contains multiple suites giving you space while enjoying time with your loved ones.


The house contains:
Kitchen: a full kitchen with all the appliances required for a self-catering holiday, including coffee machine, slow cooker and dishwasher. A breakfast nook for making coffee and toast.
Lounge: a lounge with ample seating and access to the balcony. The house includes unlimited wifi and Netflix and DVD player. You will find Board games and books for all age ranges. The electric fireplace is perfect on a rainy day.
Dining: a custom built bench seat surrounds a large table making group stays easier.
Laundry: The ground floor contains a laundry area including washing machine and dryer. There is also an additional shower and toilet, perfect to wash the sand off before continuing upstairs. There is a large space perfect for storing surfboards, bikes, golf clubs etc. This area also includes a games table and leads out to a private parking area.

Sleeping areas:

The Attic Suite is on the fourth floor. It contains a queen size bed, large bathroom including toilet, shower and a corner spa. It also contains a kitchenette with a dining table and lounge area with television, and filtered views of Lady Bay, Middle Island and the Port Warrnambool Village gardens. Look out the window to see if the waves are crashing over the Breakwall or out to the cliffs.

The Norfolk Suite is named for its outlook over Pertobe Road's famous Norfolk Island Pines. It contains 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4. Bedroom A contains a queen bed. Bedroom B contains 2 single beds. It has a bathroom with shower and toilet. There are televisions in both bedrooms and ample wardrobe space.

The Mahogany Suite is a large suite that sleeps 6. Bedroom A contains 4 single beds, and there is one queen bed in the studio area. The studio area contains a kitchenette and lounge area with television. This suite also contains a bathroom with toilet, shower and large corner spa. Look out the window to see if the waves are crashing over the Breakwater!

The Boardwalk Suite is on the ground floor. It contains a double bed, small table and chairs and wardrobe. Guests staying in this room have access to the the shower and toilet in the adjacent room.

A portacot can be found in the cupboard of each suite please BYO Portacot linen.

Please be aware, as there are 4 sets of stairs in this house, this accommodation may not be suitable for people with mobility restrictions.

Each apartment has space for a portacot which is available for free use (please provide your own linen). Stair gates and a high-chair can be found in the house.

Please also note that this house is within a residential area and shares walls on both sides with neighbours. Please keep the noise to a respectful level within the house and on balconies.
