One of great things about Coomonderry is that it has 6 beautifully restored bedrooms,with double sofa bed in second lounge room(just like an extra bedroom) which can comfortably sleep 16 people.

Set in beautiful gardens in a central position opposite Hinkler Park and close to cafes, galleries and bush walks.

Perfect spot for our group trip to Katoomba

This house was in an excellent location, and had plenty of room and lots of comforts for our group to enjoy. The garden is also lovely. Would absolutely recommend for a great Blue Mountains stay.

Perfect mountain retreat, with all comforts for teenagers and parents, mountain walks etc all clearly illustrated for guests to study, Op shops for the girls, perfect mountain weather enjoyed by all.

A lovely Katoomba stay

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating an 80th birthday at this well-located Katoomba cottage. It easily accommodated our party of 11 and was an easy walk into town. It was clean, warm and charming. We highly recommend!

Lovely Katoomba Original Home

We had a lovely stay with 10 family members. The house had ample room to be together or apart, the bedrooms were all comfortable. It was close to town or Echo Point. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

This was our second stay at this wonderful property. The owner turned on the central heating before we arrived just to ensure we were warm. The property presented beautifully inside and out. The kitchen was well appointed which was perfect as there were 11 of us. Looking forward to our next stay at this idyllic location Nicky H

Ukulele Festival Weekend

We all enjoyed our stay immensely. The house is conveniently located to the RSL club and to the bus stop, although a pleasant walk to the town centre. The property manager was most helpful.

Great sized house, comfortably slept 5 adult couples for us and had everything you would need, including a washer and iron and ironing board and a very well stocked kitchen. Short walk to a few cafes and the town centre. Highly recommend for large groups

We had Xmas in July at the place 20min walk to Echo Point and 20min walk to Katoomba every thing was there to cook a roast and great space for everyone

Beautiful rambling big old house

Loved the old, large home. Set among other old homes in Katoomba. A walk away from the cbd, but not amongst the hustle and bustle. A park opposite and a 1k walk to the three sisters, a place of stunning scenery. Everything provided, including porta cot, high hair and board games. Comfortable, private place to stay.

Ideal location

Extremely comfortable large home with lots of unexpected extras, such as full supply of toilet paper, tissues, gladwrap, foil, toiletries. Walking distance to RSL club, Cafe, town and the Three Sisters. Parking at the Three Sisters, Echo Park lookout is $8/hour, so walking is a bonus saving. Great central heating throughout is ideal for the cold, misty days even in lateJanuary. Would definitely revisit!

Lovely old home with plenty of room for a large gathering. Kitchen set up very well to prepare large meals. Beds very comfortable. Gardens need some TLC but that didn't take away from the lovely home itself.

Trip with extended family. We had a great time at the house. Great location to walk to the Three Sisters and Katoomba shops. All the rooms were very comfortable. Perfect space for the 8 of us. Only down point was the backyard and no light for the BBQ. Would recommend to others
