The Space:
Sea Breeze is a magnificent home built in 2013, finished to an exacting standard, with many of the finer touches. It is located a short walk from the beach and comes with everything you’ll need for your perfect holiday! It has been designed for both entertaining and relaxing. A maximum of 6 adults are welcome, or the house is perfect for a couple of families.
The total sleeping capacity is of this property is 12 guests when travelling with children, however, if travelling without children then no more than 6 adults are permitted to stay.

You will be very close to world famous white sand beaches, stunning bush walks, a vibrant cafe, bar and restaurant scene, dolphin and whale cruises, surfing, fishing, wineries and much, much more!
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy with little traffic most of the year, great bike paths and pleasant walks everywhere. Public transport is limited, however there are quite a few taxis.

> Pricing
Please ensure that bookings in summer holiday season don't leave a gap of less than 4 nights at the beginning or end of your stay otherwise we may have to cancel or move your booking dates. Please call us if you need to discuss.
Please ignore the "Nightly Rate". Jervis Bay Rentals rates are calculated as a high fixed amount ("Property fees") followed by a much lower nightly rate. This allows you to add extra nights to your stay without adding too much to the total tariff (the longer you stay, the lower the average nightly rate). Unfortunately Airbnb doesn't compensate for the fixed amount in their calculation of the nightly rate. We apologise for this, and hope it will be corrected soon.

This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond. If you are planning a party, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy.
> What is Provided?
Jervis Bay Rentals provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, donnas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.
The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is surface cleaner, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dish cloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics (and often more!) including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.
Bathrooms have (as a minimum) shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.
There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine.
Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost. Unfortunately the property doesn't have enough linen and towels for infants. Please bring your own if required.
