1. 6 superbly decorated extra-large bedrooms, 3 are located upstairs and 3 downstairs. There are 10 beds in total including 3 king beds, 3 queen beds, 1 double bed, 1 queen sofa bed and 2 single beds. All rooms have heating, cooling, electric blankets and built in wardrobes or hanging racks.
- Bedroom 1 (the "master" bedroom) has a king bed, large ensuite, built in wardrobes, a gas fireplace, reverse cycle air conditioning and under floor gas heating.
- Bedroom 2 (the "green" bedroom) has a queen bed and a double bed, gas fireplace, under floor gas heating and a French armoire. It also opens out to the sunny courtyard with fountain and dining table.
- Bedroom 3 (the "cream" bedroom) has a queen bed, underfloor gas heating, 2 beautiful French armoires and a sitting area under the bay window.
- Bedroom 4 (The "black" bedroom) has a king bed, queen sofa bed, ensuite bathroom, 55-inch TV, ceiling fan, reverse cycle air-conditioning, wall heater, hanging rack and chest of drawers,
