Facing Martin de Sá beach, close to restaurants, beach kiosks, bakery, ice cream shop, market, craft fair. Building with 10 floors and 2 elevators (service and social), family atmosphere.

Lugar maravilhoso de lindo e próximo a tudo, acordar com o barulho do mar, em questão de passos estar na praia, não há sensação melhor. Apartamento acolhedor

Amamos o período que passamos no imóvel da Talita. O apartamento é muito aconchegante, organizado e bem localizado. O condomínio é uma graça, os funcionários do condomínio São extremamente educados e prestativos. Voltando a falar do apartamento, a vista para o mar é linda e foi fantástico fazer nosso churrasco olhando o mar. Recomendo com certeza o imóvel.

Paisagem e localização boas

Localização e vista maravilhosa de frente para o mar. Mas as condições do imóvel foram ruins. Faltou utensílios domésticos. Limpeza do imóvel. Conforto fraco dos quartos, principalmente colchões e sofá cama . E infelizmente faltou dedetização, pois ocorreu aparecimento de baratas.Terraço sem ventilador , ficou impossível de usarmos a churrasqueira.

Apartamento bem localizado em frente ao mar, piscina muito boa, atendimento ótimo da portaria. Adoramos a varanda do apto , espaçosa, com churrasqueira e vista para o mar, cozinha e sala mto boa e banheiros também. Somente os quartos que faltam algumas coisas, são pequenos, e os colchoes de solteiro e sofá cama um pouco desconfortáveis , mas no geral adoramos mto bom ANA

O apartamento é exatamente o que se vê nas fotos. Tudo muito lindo. Excelente localização ( Quiosques badalados, praia movimentada durante o dia e a noite bem iluminada). O condomínio é muito organizado e os funcionários muito gentis. Os móveis do AP são conservados e encontramos tudo limpo.O que foi combinado foi cumprido. Recomendo às pessoas que querem diversão, segurança e também sossego.Certamente indicarei aos amigos e familiares. O nosso muito obrigada aos proprietários!!! Até logo!!!
