About the host
Hosted by Denise
We live right next door with several Irish Setter dog, so we are here to welcome you and check you in. We have been renting out holiday accommodation since 2000
Why they chose this property
This property has the enviable position of being high on the sand dune overlooking the Indian Ocean. As such, we have the best ocean views in Mandurah, if not the South Coast. However, the driveway is reasonably steep for persons with hip or leg disabilities, it can be a little tricky.
What makes this property unique
Right on the ocean front with sea views from most rooms. During summer, we get the first cooling breezes and even if they are very light, we still get them. By opening the front doors and the rear, any heat is blown right out ensuring comfortable healthy living. With the ocean immediately in front, an early morning walk along the beach and swim is so beneficial and relaxing. Just looking at the ocean is known as Blue Therapy and is in itself, healing. Certainly it is relaxing and with several deep breaths and several slow rotations of the shoulders, you can feel the tension ease away. Your fur pets are welcomed to stay with you & reduce stress. We offer room to move, big back garden area and nothing to restrict your horizon in front. Just 5 minutes drive from the village centre, 2 minutes to golf, skate park, cafe & shopping centre. Sit on the verandah & watch the dolphins fishing or the kite flyers taking to the skies. This is a little piece of paradise without the pomp & fuss.
