Mandurah Canal Holiday Home with own jetty! Boats! Crabs! Dolphins!

From the minute you step into our villa and look out onto the stunning canal views you will instantly feel relaxed and on holiday.

Our well appointed villa accommodates a maximum of six people and is a welcoming home away from home with FREE WIFI, fully ducted air conditioning and reverse cycle heating making it cool in summer and cosy in winter.

Situated on one of the best canals in Mandurah, it's the perfect place for a relaxing romantic weekend, family get-away or that long hard earned break. Lounge on the top balcony with a glass of wine or sit on the patio and relax ................ was that a dolphin going by?

BEDROOMS
All bedrooms are upstairs:

Master bedroom - Queen size bed, ensuite complete with shower, bath, toilet and hairdryer. Private balcony with 2 comfortable loungers and great views overlooking the canal. (Please note Optus Fetch TV is not available on the TV in this room).

Bedroom 3 - Single size bed x 2.

Bathroom 2 and 2nd toilet upstairs
Bathroom 3 is downstairs and also has showering facilities, and toilet.

Tea towels and bath mats are supplied and all bedrooms have pillows, quilt/doona and blanket. Sheets and towels are not provided but are available to hire.

** LINEN HIRE **
Linen is available for hire @ $25 per room for bedroom 1 & 2 and @$15 per single in bedroom 3. Hire linen includes pillow cases, fitted sheets, top sheets, hand towels and bath towels.

VILLA DETAILS
Our downstairs living area is perfectly set up for family relaxing time and includes kitchen, 6 seat dining table, lounge suite and wide screen widescreen TV with DVD and family board games. Wi-Fi is also available.

Watch the world drift by from our 6 seat outdoor sitting and BBQ area. The canal is often visited by local dolphins, sting rays and pelicans, not to mention the luxury boats. We have our own jetty where guests can enjoy fishing and crabbing. Bring your boat and experience the luxury of mooring on the doorstep or take one of the many dolphin canal tours available. You can even visit one of the local boat hiring companies and explore the waterways at your leisure. The more energetic of you might like to have fun hiring a canoe or kayak.

Our villa is an easy 10 minute stroll away from local IGA grocery shop, bottle shop and restaurants. A further 5 minute walk will take you across the new Mandurah Bridge to Mandurah's Foreshore attractions, cafes, restaurants and shops. Our local beach is only a 5 minute drive away.

Popular Mandurah activities include boating, fishing, crabbing, prawning, kayaking, cycling and exploring our beautiful walk ways - there is even a fun fair and water playground for the kids.
Mandurah is also home to hundreds of species of birds which can be spotted all around the waterways or from hides located in local bird sanctuaries.

During December Mandurah comes alive with wonderful Christmas light displays, this is a truly magical time that has to be seen to be believed!

Location, Location, Location! - Mandurah makes the perfect base for exploring Western Australia's beautiful Peel region while being less than an hour away from Perth City and airports.
Why not try out one of the many top class golf courses the Peel region has to offer or take a wine tour for a taste of the regions best wine, beer and food.

PLEASE NOTE:
*** We can only accommodate a maximum of 6 persons
*** We have parking facilities for 2 cars only.
*** We do not allow the charging of electric vehicles at our property
*** There isn't any fencing between outdoor sitting area and the canal and young children must be supervised at all times.
