This home is well located overlooking the Mandurah Marina and close to beautiful local beaches.



This home is well located overlooking the Mandurah Marina and close to beautiful local beaches. Free Wifi - you can also visit the many restaurants, hotels and cafes at the Marina and the foreshore. It is only a short walk to the Movie Theatre and the local Performing Arts Centre. Relax in the sun room with a book, take in the water views, or go crabbing at your back door for our famous Blue Manna Crabs. You can see our local dolphins in the bay, kayak supplied by owner if you wish to have a closer look at them. Main house has 3 bedrooms with a Queen and 2 single beds in the other 2 and bathroom, Each primary bedroom is elegantly situated on the second floor. Below is another room with a table tennis table and a single bed with a trundle bed as well. There is a toilet and seperate bathroom/laundrydownstairs as well. Dishwasher and Electrolux pod machine and large BBQ recently added.

DOGS & PETS

We’re happy to welcome your pet, but this must be approved in advance. A separate non-refundable fee of $115 per pet applies and is payable through our guest portal. Pets are preferred to stay outside. If they are inside, they must be kept off all furniture and beds.



Please note there are outside perimeter security cameras at the property. These are in place for both your security and the property. The cameras must not be removed, covered, or adjusted at any time.



Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
