Perfectly design for entertaining with 3 large balconies overlooking the canal with stairs on each level.
Private mooring just outside the house available for an extra charge $10 per night.
Will comfortably accommodate 2 families .when more than six singles please request before booking .
Ideally located on Marco Polo Island, in the heart of the Mandurah ocean marina.

Lovely short break in Mandurah

Lovely house on 4 floors. Very clean and well equipped. Great views from the balcony out to the canal and passing dolphins and swans. Very quiet location.

This is our second stay at this appartment. A group of 8 friends. Heaps of rooms and space to spread out and walking distance to great food and drink places, shopping, movies and much more. Easy check in and great communication from owner.

Excellent Location

Location fantastic, close to shops, restaurants etc. Dolphins in the canal. The property was ideal for our family getaway. Large living area accommodated the 10 of us easily (adults, teen and kids). The games room was a big hit. A few maintenance items need attending to – lock on toilet door not working, door to balcony from kitchen area needs replacing. But overall, a fab property and would certainly consider this property again.

Beautiful on the canals

Lovely relaxing location in Mandurah. Perfect location for our weekend activities. Beautiful canal location. Breakfast on the balcony. Even fortunate enough to catch a rare glimpse of the Aurora Australias from the top balcony! Great for groups if everyone can do at least one flight of stairs.

Some of the Pictures don't match the actual layout. All games room items are crammed in one room not 3 seperate areas as it appears. Pool table cover needs replacing. Sliding doors to master bedroom and upstairs rooms need attention. Very hard to open. Little things like supplying salt & pepper would have been nice. In saying that, we had a great time. Easy walk to Restaurants and not far from shops. Great location. Dolphines played for ages in front of us. Large living area accommodated the 9 of us easily.
