Step straight onto your private jetty, spend the day kayaking or fishing, and finish with sunset drinks by the water. This spacious waterfront home is designed for easy, relaxed stays, with plenty of room to gather, unwind and enjoy the canals.
Perfect for families or groups, the home combines comfort, space and a true waterfront lifestyle - with beaches, cafés and coastal walks just minutes away.

We are happy to help in any way but prefer to keep most of our messaging on platform as we are often not able to answer the phone if driving or in meetings. If you do need to call, please text as this is the quickest way to get a response. In case of emergency please call 000.

We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Before check-in, guests complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted. Check-in details will only be sent if this has been completed.


North-facing and filled with natural light, the home opens onto an alfresco dining area overlooking the canal, creating an easy indoor–outdoor flow that guests love.

Spend your days on the water — fish off the jetty, launch the kayak, or simply relax and watch the canal come to life. Dolphins are often spotted passing through, adding to the experience.
Inside, the layout is designed for group stays, with multiple living areas, comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen for easy meals and entertaining.

Car Rental: Renting a car is highly recommended for convenience and flexibility. Several car rental agencies are available in Mandurah, the nearest city, or from Perth Airport if arriving by plane.

Parking: The vacation rental likely offers parking on-site, and there’s usually ample parking available at nearby attractions, beaches, and restaurants.

Public Transportation:
Bus Services: The local bus service operated by Transperth connects Wannanup to Mandurah, Falcon, and other nearby areas. The 588 and 589 bus routes run through Wannanup and provide a convenient way to reach Mandurah, where guests can access more extensive bus and train networks.
Buses are a great option for guests looking to explore Mandurah without driving. Mandurah Bus Station acts as a hub for other services across the Peel region.

Train: The Mandurah Train Station is approximately 15-20 minutes away by car. From there, guests can catch the Mandurah Line to Perth, which is about a 50-minute ride, making day trips to the city easy.

Relaxing escape

Fabulous property clean and comfortable bedding . Short walk to beach , gourmet deli and cafe with fishing grabbing and canals at your doorsteps. Host extremely accomodating and easy to deal with , reply promptly and excellent service . Highly recommend . Note the stairs may be tricky for small children or anyone with mild mobility issues .
