The house is newly constructed with a feature brick and tile. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishing and segmented with glass panels that take advantage of the panoramic views of the canal.
Bedding configuration consists of 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds and 2 Bunk beds makes it comfortable sleeping for 10 people.
Cook in a Master Chef's kitchen or use the large outdoor BBQ to entertain family and friends with dinning indoors/outdoors. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views or soak in the sun or get a cinematic feel or play some pool or catch crabs off the jetty or adventure through the canals with the kayaks provided.

The accommodation was obsoletely amassing, the place was exactly what the pictures show, clean specious, it was fit out with excellent quality of furniture bedding linens and utilities, it had everything that you will even need for your stay there. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We had an great time in the house and i highly recommend this place

Stayz at Wannanup canal home

We enjoyed this break from check-in to leaving. The home was really clean and well presented and my grandchildren enjoyed "their space' in the theatre and their parents enjoyed playing pool and access to their boat from the home jetty. The home location allows the sun into the backyard all afternoon which was so enjoyable. We would return to this home in the future and recommend it to friends and family.

wonderful relaxing winter break

This property was better than expected, everything and more was provided, the theater room an absolute hit with the kids, the retro gaming machine and pool table just a wonderful extra. loved that little things like glad wrap and oil spray were provided, pleanty of plates and glasses so the dishwasher could be filled right up before using. Overall we loved it all and will be back

Thanks for a wonderful stay. Incredible amenities, all the little things covered. Kids loved the arcade machine and theatre room. Kayaks and jetty were fab. Ceiling fans in bedrooms would be a great addition to avoid air con use at night, and some patio blinds for late afternoon sun a bonus! Will be back, thankyou!

Relaxing getaway

7 friends stayed for a 2 night break away from the city- very relaxing with views right onto the pristine water of the canal. The house was spacious, clean, with a well equipped kitchen with all the little handy items eg oil, cling wrap,paper towels and more.Very comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of entertaining option with cinema room and arcade game! Good communication with host/property manager. We were also very appreciative of an early check in and a late check out. Highly recommend .

Beautiful home

Thanks for a wonderful staycation. We all had a lovely time at Canal Sunset. This property is clean, fully equipped and in a beautiful location. This property provided a few activities e.g. kayaks, fishing and theatre room, which keeps everyone entertained during the stay. Property manager also provided us with a later check out time, which was a bonus.

The most beautiful home we have stayed in

We’re a Maori New Zealander Family and we just thought it was the best house we have ever stayed in. It has everything you need.my son loved the place he wished he could have house like it. So beautiful you could just tell the owners have pride in ther home. So we respected it like it was ours. I recommend people to stay a few nights here it won’t let you down

Fab Fam Friendly Home

Spacious, clean and well appointed house in a quiet cul-de-sac. We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway with another family and our furbaby. The 3 kids under 6 had plenty of space to play and the adults had fun thanks to the cinema room, pool table, arcade machine and the kayaks. Easy drive to Falcon Beach and Mandurah centre. Highly recommend!
