Northfork Long Island House Rental-US Open-Shinnecock, Family Vacation, Wineries

Our Northfork House is available for rental on a weekly and monthly basis beginning on the weekends from May 23, 2026 through September 7, 2026.

**Attention all golf enthusiasts, we have availability from June 13th- June 22nd. for all those attending the US Open at Shinnecock Hills this year.

***Current house availability is as follows:
1) Remainder of June 2026 & July 2026- Come celebrate our country's 250th Anniversary in the Northfork!
2) August 2026- 2 weeks are available August 15th-August 29th.

*Suffolk County Occupancy & Sales Taxes, NY Sales Taxes will apply to all rentals that are less than 30 days.

Included in your Rental:
Most expenses included in your rental (weekly cleaning, pool maintenance, utilities), with the exception of a refundable deposit.

4 Bedroom 3 1/2 bath colonial style home sits on an acre of land. Two of the bedrooms each have a queen size bed, the other two bedrooms contain full size beds and one also has a single bed, sleeps 8 comfortably.

The basement has been renovated with a full bathroom and a sleeper queen sofa, adding another 700 sq. ft. of living space.

Our 20 x 40 Pool and Paver Patio are surrounded by a fenced in yard. The house has 2 pool alarms: one on the slider doors leading out to the pool and the second one in the pool. A perfect place where family and friends can spend all or part of their day relaxing. For those who need to still use their laptops the house is equipped with WIFI throughout the house. We also have a scanner, copier, printer which is ideal for remote working.

The front porch is great for reading a book, sipping a glass of wine, or just spending quality time talking, sans cellular devices.

Local Attractions:
Our house is close to several 18 & 9 hole public golf courses (Indian Island, Cherry Creek, Rock Hill, Island End, Sandy Pond, & Cedars). Our house is approximately 19 miles (35 minute drive) from Shinnecock Hills (home of US Open). In addition to golfing, the house is right behind RGNY Winery (formerly Martha Clara), Jamesport Brewery, farmstands, Hallock State Park, and all are within easy walking distance. It's also a short car or bike ride to Iron Pier Beach (to watch the sunset!), Harbes Apple Orchard, Harbes Family Farm, and many local North Fork restaurants. For some indoor enjoyment, the Long Island Aquarium is 15 minutes from the house, in the heart of downtown Riverhead. For those who enjoy shopping, Tanger Outlets are 20 minutes away. Splish Splash Water Park is conveniently located down the road from the Tanger Outlets if you're craving some family fun. For the Ice Cream lover in us all, please visit Magic Fountain in Mattituck (approximately 10 minutes away).

The kitchen is fully stocked: pots, pans, baking pans/cookie sheets, plates, bowls, utensils, glasses, mugs, coffee maker, tea kettle, food processor, blender, crockpot, mixer. In addition, we also have iron, hair dryers, sheets, bath & beach towels, and pillows for all four bedrooms and the sleeper sofa in the basement. Feel free to use our 6 bikes (5 adult bikes; 1 children' bike) to explore the Northfork.

Pets- Small dogs will be considered. Please inquire with the owner first. Extra pet deposit will apply.
