All living areas are located on the first floor accessed by two sets of external stairs.
Open plan living and dining areas that have direct access to a front balcony with BBQ, table and chairs and an additional back deck with gardens. An equipped kitchen with all the essential appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, pod coffee machine and bi-fold windows that also open out to the balcony with views across the Sorrento tree tops.

Upstairs:
Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet, digital TV and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 with queen bed.
Bedroom 3 with double bed.
Bedroom 4 with 2 x single beds.
Bedroom 5 with 1 x single bed.
Bathroom with bath, shower, vanity & separate toilet.
Downstairs:
Bedroom 6 self-contained with its own separate entrance, Queen bed
TV, kitchenette, mini fridge, fan, bathroom with vanity, shower, toilet.

Laundry with washing machine and dryer and clothesline out the back.
Ducted evaporative cooling with electric panel heating and portable heaters throughout.
The house is situated at the back of this large residential block and access is via a long dirt driveway.
Two single garages and plenty of off street parking for a boat (up to medium size) and additional cars.

Fully fenced and secure at the rear of the property. Wi-Fi included.
Pets considered at the owners discretion. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint. Pet Fee Applies.

BASIC LINEN PACKAGE
This property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows, pillow protectors. You are to bring top sheet, bottom sheet, pillow slips, bathroom towels, bathroom floor mat, bathroom hand towel, beach towels.
Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

Strictly no schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.
