- respect our house by returning it in the condition they received it
- respect our neighborhood by ensuring all cars are parked on the property, noise is kept to a minimum, respectful language is used and no one on the alfresco decking after 11pm (as per Peninsula Shire Rules)
- are not schoolies and have no parties or functions on the property
- respect the house rules and those imposed on Short Stay Holiday Rentals by the Peninsula Shire as outlined below
2.1.2 The owner must control and be responsible for the behaviour of occupants and
residents at the dwelling.
Unacceptable behaviour includes loud:
(a) Aggressive behaviour;
(b) Yelling, screaming and arguing; and
(c) Cheering, clapping and singing.
2.1.3 Off street parking must be provided for all occupants’ motor vehicles. The owner
must provide information to occupants on parking arrangements prior to arrival.
2.1.4 Additional accommodation is not allowed on site by way of tents, caravans,
campervans or similar facilities.
2.1.5 Outdoor areas including swimming pools, spas, outdoor decking and balconies are
not to be used between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am.
2.1.6 The owner must inform occupants of waste disposal arrangements and remove any
excess waste left by occupants.
WHEN MAKING A BOOKING PLEASE:
Let us know your full name, your age, number of guests, age range of guests, and the nature of your booking - we are NOT a party house and Mornington Peninsula council restrictions must be followed.
Failure to tell us the correct details in relation to your booking, or having additional guests on site, during day or night, will result in immediate termination of your booking and bond. No refund will be given.
Cleaning Fees: The cleaning fee includes a standard 3 hour clean. Excess cleaning required will be charged to guests including cost of property manager coming out to the property.
