This first-floor apartment is on the sunny and quiet side of the building boasting ocean views from most windows. It has a modern kitchen and bathroom with open plan living/dining and a small sunny balcony. All this including off street parking within a secure and gated property, is ready for you to relax and enjoy!

The apartment is located in the charming Avoca Beach village, home of the character filled Avoca Picture Theatre which features movies ranging from unique 'Indies Films' to the latest release. Enjoy the well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children's playground, many alfresco cafes & surf club.

Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake. Avoca Beach also has a local craft market on the fourth Sunday of each month. You will find products ranging from art, eco, recycled and up-cycled goods including skincare, jewellery, homewares and international food whilst listening to live music.

Great location for holiday makers

An easy access to the beach and all amenities. Apartment well equipped and spacious. Decor was lovely and clean but the lounge was uncomfortable and it could have used a few rugs on the floor and throw blankets for a cosy feel. The hot water in the bathroom was dangerously hot and difficult to adjust. Nowhere to place a hairdryer or brushes ect as the double sink took the room of a bench. No WiFi which is ok for short stays overall it was nice but For the price l paid it would have been better if there were sheets and towels supplied for that feel of luxury.

My experience

Entrance to the building is old, property itself was renovated and had good decoration. But I had to take my own bed sheets and towels. This I knew about, but also there was no bath mat for the bathroom floor, no coffee, no sugar, no milk, no hair dryer (lucky I took my own), no soap. We had to buy these items, had I known that they won't any be supplied, I would've brought my own. Usually coffee sachets and some milk is provided. Also, the window inside the toilet was sealed so there was no fan and no window inside the toilet which is annoying.nhandwash or any
