Longhorn Getaway in Dripping springs

An amazing private getaway. Ranch house on 20 acres with a view for miles and friendly Longhorns! House is over 4400 SF with huge open spaces and over 2000 sf of deck and outdoor entertaining space. Outdoor activities include a fire pit, 18 hole Frisbee golf course, walking trails, large pond, basketball goal, corn hole, a life-size Catan game, bocce ball. XL GREEN EGG outdoor grill.
The Master Bedroom is huge with its own private shower, whirlpool bathtub and double vanity. The pool house features its own private room with Queen bed and futon and full bathroom. Other rooms in the house feature full beds, double bunk beds, a daybed and futon. Can sleep 16 people in beds and 2 on futons.
Other info about property:
This home is on a well. There are 2 Reverse Osmosis (purified water) spigots. One in kitchen sink and one in the laundry sink. Please use those for drinking. The well water is safe, just doesn't taste as good.
This is a RANCH HOUSE, it sits on 20 acres of land in the Texas Hill Country. There is likely to be insects, small predators (rabbits, snakes, foxes...), as well as Longhorn cattle and deer on the land. The house, yard, and pool area are treated regularly for insects and pests but there may be an occasional insect that makes it into the house. If you bring pets, they must be on a leash outside of deck gates. There is a lot of wildlife and the donkey is very protective of the longhorns.
Absolutely no smoking in the home. There is an exterior cigarette container by covered parking- please keep smoking limited to that area.

There is a short-term RV rental on property as well as another home as a long-term rental. This main house will have private use of pool and entire 2 acres surrounding house including Disc golf course. The rest of the property is shared by other renters and 3 longhorns and a donkey.
Please notify Jana immediately if there are any equipment failures. Failures reported will be repaired as quickly as possible. (We have an entire maintenance team.)
There is a charcoal grill (XL GREEN EGG) on the property. Please keep it in its place and practice safe grilling and make sure the coals are properly put out before departing the property.
We provide beach towels for the pool area, please keep the other linens in the home.
All garbage must be bagged (no loose trash) and emptied into the trash containers provided.
Cleaning: As guests, you are expected to straighten up the rental unit prior to departure. All furniture should be returned to its original location. Dirty dishes are not to be left in the kitchen sink, counter top or refrigerator. Please turn dishwasher on with any remaining dirty dishes before you leave.
The longhorns are fed daily around 5-6 PM. Please don't block driveway down to the barn. You are welcome to watch and pet the longhorns at that time. (at your own risk)
This property contains many unique structures inside and outside the home. There is a large tank (pond) near the back of property as well as the pool. Renter is aware, and accepts full responsibility for themselves and any small children and is aware that not all areas may be suitable for young children without the supervision of an adult.
