Beautiful vacation home

We stayed a week in this town house with a family of 8. It was very spacious, clean, quiet, a short distance to the water park. We had an issue with one of the shower doors, and they were very quick to fix it. Would definitely stay here again! We had a fantastic week!

Disney Trip

We stayed here for our trip to Disney/Universal and others. The pool was perfect to wade and relax in after long days at the parks. The location was great and easy trips to Disney and the interstate. Lots of space for everyone and plenty of room to play games, make meals, and relax when we weren't out running around!

Great home and location

Everything about our stay was wonderful. We had a hard time getting our pass to the gate for the community to work, and could have used more garbage bags, but other than that 9/10.

Cousins trip

We had a wonderful time relaxing and reconnecting. Clubhouse and pool was fabulous with many hours in the lazy river. Walking distance to shopping and dining so no need to get in the car if you like walking. Looking forward to coming back for another visit.

Spacious condo

The condo had a lot of space for our family of six. The heated pool was great for the cool weather in January. We enjoyed the amentities and traveling to several locations that were near. Highly recommend!

Great Location

The splash pool is so convenient after a long day enjoying Orlando. You can also enjoy an entire day right on sight at the community pool that did not disappoint. There was plenty of space and plenty of beds for large families. If you want to get to Disney it is a quick 10 min trip in the morning. Plenty of Restaurants and fast casual dining in the area as well as grocery at Walmart or Publix.

Florida vacation

The house was lovely and we felt at home. Everything was neat and clean The kitchen was well stocked but it would have been nice to see a picture upfront so we would have known what to expect (eg fridge size, coffee maker). Host did not answer or return our call when we tried to check in early All in all a great place to stay and enjoy the Florida sunshine and relax. We also loved that the pool resort was within walking distance

The home was nicely decorated and clean. Great location and very well laid out for multiple people of families. There were no cleaning products or a broom for us to clean with throughout the week. We never heard from the owner at all throughout our stay. It would have been nice if they checked in to see if we needed anything.

Amazing vacation

We really enjoyed your town house as described online. You have a beautiful house and our grandchildren particularly enjoyed your screened in personal pool. Since we were on a Disney vacation the location was perfect and we had many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We also enjoyed having the waterpark in the complex since it was only a five minute walk. When we arrived we appreciated the fact that the place was very clean! So much room and places to sleep. The place had everything you needed in the kitchen so we were able to cook everyday. The resort itself was beautiful. Highly recommend and would stay again! We had questions at the beginning of our vacation and the property manager was on it!! Thank you for your hospitality!

Overal we enjoyed our stay. Things we liked, the pool in the backyard, the pool facilities at the club house were great, there is actually a second club house called Bronson club that wasn't advertised. We were close to the tourist places, Disney and Universal, about at 35-45 min drive with traffic. Things we didn't enjoy, some of the beds didn't have fitted bottom sheets and the sheet would slide off the plastic bead protector at night and was uncomfortable. The AC would reset to 72 every day on it's own after we would slowly lower it degree by degree as the manual said it would ice up if you lowered it too quickly, 72 was way too hot for us after a long day out and wouldn't get the main floor bedrooms cooled at that temp. We would like to control our own temp while on vacation. The house mostly is nice with a few things showing wear, the baseboards are dirty which is the only reason I gave a lower score on cleanliness everything else looked good! We would stay again

Check in instructions 2 1/2 hours late. Had to guess door lock code and the wifi password!!! No wash cloths and provided only 1 kitchen towel. Could have used more bath towels. Bathrooms could have been cleaner!. Backdoor lock broken.

Close to parks

Resort amenities were limited. The house was in a gated community however the gate very seldom opened. The house had a pool. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, sheets were soiled, and many broken/unkept pieces of furniture. Other houses on the property seemed to be kept up well. Clubhouse staff was nice. Only 2 televisions in the house. Agents were minimally responsive. Would love to return but not to this unit. Very close to Walmart and disney parks.
