Family villa, quiet, near Bordeaux and Arcachon bay
Beautiful contemporary house, at the gates of Bordeaux, Arcachon Bay, Pyla Dune, Saint Emilion, in the heart of vineyards and castles (Pape Clément), for the greatest pleasure of the eyes and taste buds!
40 mins from the Bird Park, and amusement parks.
Ideally located for exploring Bordeaux (20 mins), St Emilion (1 hour) and Blaye (45 mins), all three of which are part of UNESCO's world heritage.
Very close to the golf course, Zoo and Pessac equestrian center.
Villa of 140 m², ideal for two couples with children, very pleasant and bright, with private heated pool of 11x5m on large wooden terrace and landscaped enclosed garden, not overlooked, garden furniture, awning, swing, barbecue ... and our cat Samy, house keeper!
Close to the Golf and the Pessac Zoo, the equestrian center.
Bike paths, tennis court, skate park ...

Propriété pas conforme à la description
À notre arrivée nous avons été accueilli par le propriétaire, grande surprise la piscine pour laquelle nous avons loué cette maison était verte kaki ! Le propriétaire nous dis vous avez pas de chance !
Il nous dis qu’il à traiter la piscine et mis le robot , nous nous disons que dans 1 ou 2 jours cela rentrera dans l’ordre . Mais aucune amélioration, nous prenons l’initiative d’aller voir un spécialiste piscine pour nous conseiller, car ayant des enfants (5 et 7 ans compliqué de leurs expliquer que nous ne pouvons nous baigner)
contactons le propriétaire , il nous dis de remettre du produit Chlore choc. (Ok et où est votre robot afin que nous puissions le mettre afin d’accélérer le processus ? Ils nous a même pas répondue à cette question ! Car en vérifiant nous avons trouver aucun robot !)
Ok mais nous ne pouvons toujours pas nous baigner avec c’est produits chimiques.
Au bout de 3 jours nous nous disons que ont essaie la baignade et que nous verrons si ils ce passe quelques chose .
Et finalement au bout de 2 jours de baignade mes enfants ont attrapé de grosse plaque au visage , j’ai du aller à la pharmacie et m’a confirmé que c’était une réaction du à la piscine. Du coup crème et antihistaminique. Je suis très en colère car avant notre arrivée il aurais pu nous prévenir de ce soucis avec la piscine nous aurions annulé!
Du coup nous contactons le propriétaire pour lui demande un geste commercial, il nous répond que nous verront à la fin du séjour.

Belle parenthèse pendant la canicule
Merci à Morgan pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants (10 et 12 ans), la maison a tout ce dont on a besoin et plus encore. La grande piscine a été notre meilleure amie. Maison très agréable. Très belle région, et beaucoup de sites à découvrir.

Une situation géographique intéressante
Pas au centre d'une grande ville tout en étant proche, idem pour l'océan et les vignobles. Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire. Il manque toujours la même chose : le temps de tout faire :-). Merci à Morgan pour son accueil et sa sympathie
