Séjour du 06/08 au 13/08/2022

La région est attrayante et la propriété dispose d'une vaste surface avec une bonne fraicheur malgré les fortes chaleurs et nous avons passé une semaine reposante. Mais trop de points négatifs sont décevants comme la voie rapide juste derrière le terrain qui même si elle peut faciliter l'accès provoque un bruit de fond permanent (les passages de trains courts sur la voie ferrée toute proche restent eux acceptables), comme plusieurs équipements vétustes ou en manque d'entretien, et un nettoyage laissant grandement à désirer. Il convient enfin de préciser que les lits sont posés à même le sol, chacun appréciera ce qui n'a pas été notre cas et nous n'aurions pas choisi cette location si nous avions eu connaissance de tous ces désagréments.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable au presbytère . La maison est spacieuse , les chambres fraiches et la literie confortable avec deux grands lits de 160 . Le jardin propose des espaces de fraicheur et plusieurs tables et salons de jardin . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette tranquillité ! A 5 mns du centre de Figeac en voiture

Vacances tranquilles dans les environs de Figeac

Bon accueil fait par Cédric lors de notre arrivée. Maison bien placée, proche de Figeac, permettant de rayonner sur Conques, St Cirq Lapopie, Pechmerle et la vallée du Lot. Avec de la place pour une famille de 6 personnes (grandes chambres), et avec tout le confort nécessaire. Nous recommendons.

Maison de charme coincée entre le cimetière et la voie ferrée

La maison est pratique et agréable, il y a une table de ping-pong, un terrain de pétanque et une piscine (non chauffée). Du coté du terrain de pétanque, c'est le calme absolu, notamment car le terrain est collé au cimetière du village. Le point noir de cette maison est la voie ferrée collée au jardin du coté piscine ou passent des trains plusieurs fois par jour, et même la nuit. Durant notre séjour, l'alarme de la piscine a été déclenchée en pleine nuit par les vibrations dues au passage d'un train.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine au presbytère pour Noël. Les lieux sont tout à fait conformes aux photos. La maison était prête et chauffée à notre arrivée. Les pièces sont spacieuses et la cuisine bien équipée. Je recommande cette location.

Nouvel an 2013

Nous y avons passé un très bon sejour de 3 jours début janvier 2013 pour le nouvel an. La batisse est pleine de charme avec une jolie déco intérieure, de vastes chambres, une très belle pièce de vie au RDC sur cuisine ouverte. Très calme près de l'église et d'un petit cimetière, la route qui passe au loin n'amène aucune nuisance sonore. L'accueil sur place est chaleureux est efficace (frigo branché, chauffage ouvert, ...). Nous étions 6 adultes et nous avons pu nous installer avec tout le confort. Seul petit regrêt ; l'absence d'une seconde salle d'eau. Le propriétaire est sympa et honnête. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation. D'alleurs nous y reviendrons ! A 10 mn de Figeac très agréable à visiter.
