You’ve stayed at this condominium complex multiple times in different vacation rental units and especially appreciated this particular ground-floor unit for its convenience—no need to carry bags upstairs. The unit is clean and well-maintained, and its prime location near Old Town La Quinta makes it easy to access food and drinks. The owner is friendly and helpful.

Very clean and quiet; had everything you could need (except hair shampoo, but that's OK!) and phenomenal pricing compared to any hotel that wouldn't have half the amenities. Owner was very quick to communicate and very helpful...I did struggle with how to set the thermostat but got it to work just fine.

Enjoyed our stay in the condo. Very clean and comfortable. Only thing that might be updated would be taller toilet for us older folk and more comfortable patio furniture. We spent every morning on the front patio with our coffee and small breakfast. Needs to comfortable chairs and a larger table. Otherwise we would surely rent this unit again. Host was very accommodating. Would rent this condo again.

Great vacation condo.

Everything was excellent except for the lack of where to hang clothes. The rack outside the door to I assume the closet was too high even when my husband put a stool he found so I took the vacuum cleaner out of the cupboard by the front door to hang my clothes. The armoire in the bedroom with the tv inside was not used.

I'm a traveling singer. While I am away I like to rent my home out to people who will be respectful and appreciate the amazing little area that is Old Town La Quinta. We have a little gem in this area of the community and it's the perfect place for relaxation, great dining, shopping, and music and art festivals. Easy access to many amenities, sports, clear skies and fresh air.

Why they chose this property

My property is easy access being a lower level unit and is walking distance to many amenities. You could literally come for the weekend, park your car and not need it again until you leave, that is if you want to stay in the Old Town La Quinta area. Down the street we have a modernized and brand new cinema and many shops and restaurants. A 5-10 minute drive from Coachellafest/ Stagecoach. Uber and Lyft are both available.
