Budget your stay at this old Victorian home partly renovated, and beautifully furnished with aircon in every room for your comfortable stay. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, flat-screen TV. Parking also included. 30 mins by public transport or 15 mins drive to CBD. Close to Highpoint Shopping and Footscray market, cafes and restaurants. Great for family and group booking. - Quite hours after 9pm
- If neighbours complained and local council gets involved a $600 penalty applied.
-We are strict in number of guest checking in to be matches number of guest booked. At any one point of time unless approved by host. Therefore, please confirm prior/time of booking. And only use the number of beds associated to the number of people on the booking. Additional cleaning apply if use extra beds.
-The person must respect read house manual before contacting hosts.
-$200/day penalty for smoking inside the house.
-$50/30mins for late checkout and will be liable to pay the next guest’s booking cancellation.
-$50 per key replacement
Breaking any of the above rules will result in your booking to be cancelled instantly. And any further fees including court cases will be at your own cost.

Michelle’s team was staying for at my place for work and they were fantastic and super nice! Everything works out great, so easy going. Communication was clear. Checkin and out was easy, the place was left tidy. I couldn’t ask for more, I would recommend to any host anytime.

It was great to be able to take our dogs. The house was ok. White bedding and towels aren’t the greatest idea. Needs blankets as it was freezing some of the quilts were very thin which made it more cold and uncomfortable. Needs some fixing. Not really worth what I paid for but we did enjoy looking around the area

Not the right fit, bit great communication

Dee’s place is great value with a ton of beds and all the things you’ll need for a simple but comfy stay. We had a minor issue with the kitchen not being fully clean when we arrived, but it was resolved quickly and Dee has been a great communicator.
