Perfect apartment for a Bondi Holiday! We were two couples and stayed for 5 days. The apartment is well furnished, with comfortable beds. The decor is well thought out and has a nice relaxed beachy feel to it, the kitchen is well appointed. Wifi worked well and a little iPod stereo for some music. The Beach is an easy, close walk, and the bus stops just down the road if you want to go to-and-from the city (catch the 333 for express to city). Lots of little cafes and restaurants close by too. Great coffee and food at Panama House a block down the road. Ann communicated promptly, the key was super easy to pick up, the apartment spotlessly clean, and we couldn't have enjoyed it more! Gets a highly recommended from us.

We had a great stay in Bondi-we were there for a month and found the location very central for our needs. Our only complaint (and it’s minor) is that the apartment is very dark it was almost impossible to know what the weather was like unless you actually went outside-but we really only noticed that because of the length of our stay. Everything else was spot on.

We had a great stay at Ann’s cute beach apartment. It’s comfortable, clean and cozy and was perfect for our family of 3. It’s a quick walk down the hill to the beach, and we enjoyed the exercise coming back up. Ann was very welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for visiting our son who lives in Bondi. Air conditioning was really appreciated. Apartment was really comfortable and spacious for the two of us. Great location for catching buses into city centre.

Bondi Getaway

This apartment is so bright and comfortable! It was perfect for 2 people, as there is one bathroom, but 3 people can easily be accommodated. Ann is so easy to communicate with and is speedy in her responses to questions. The location is safe, secure and a lovely, short walk to the beach. Shopping, restaurants and groceries are all on the same block, too, making it an ideal location. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Great Bondi Getaway

Our stay in this rental apartment was fantastic. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything that is needed for a short-term stay. You can tell the owner has put a lot of thought into what guests may need, including air conditioning, a surf board and skate boards! We liked that the apartment was not directly in the tourist zone and had all the necessary shops including great bakeries and grocery stores. I would be happy to stay there again with my family.

Very clean and pleasant

We had a lovely stay in this very clean and pleasant apartment. I was a little concerned about the noise and busyness of nearby Bondi Road but the apartment was set back in the block, where it was calm and peaceful. The rooms were bright and airy during the day but sufficiently dark for a good night’s sleep. Many thanks for a superb weekend.

Loud neighbors

The upstairs neighbors sounded like they had basketball practice from 6 am until midnight all three nights we stayed there. I currently live in an apartment with upstairs neighbors, and what we experienced in Bondi was not normal. You could hear every movement. It kept us up at night. I would not recommend staying here.

All Good, Nice place

Ann's place is lovely, spacious, clean and in a great spot close to a range of shops along Bondi road. On the first floor (via stairs) of an older apartment building, it has obviously been renovated and has new appliances and is very well presented. While there is no car park included we took our chances with the on-street parking which worked out fine. The spots can take a bit of effort/driving around to find but are free all day on Imperial Ave, Avoca St and a few others in the area with 2 hour spots on many other streets nearby (but unrestricted overnight). We walked down the hill to Bondi beach and did some of the coastal walk which is also nice.

We had a nice family time staying at this property. Great choice of food in the area. Communication with the owner and check-in were really easy. Plenty of heaters to make our winter stay nice and cosy. If you are travelling as a family with small children & pram, it’s good to be mindful that there are two flights of stairs to conquer (no lifts). Availability of the free on street parking can be a challenge.

Our stay at Bondi Beach

Ann was helpful about getting in and about responding to questions while we were there. Short of being on the beach the location was great. Walking up and down the hill from the apartment was difficult for a sister that has knee problems to get to the GREAT beach. The location is also close to a trail that goes from city to city along the coast and was also on the bus line that takes virtually little time to get into Sydney proper. Lots of cool little shops on Bondi Road. Natasha at Bondi Beach Chemist and Lill did a great job cutting my bangs at the salon across the street. We also loved the Stuffed Beaver. The apartment and furniture is pretty darned old. The windows were filthy and there is black mold growing on the pretty stained glass windows with no views. Seemed over priced, although, I can't say exactly without going on to compare two bedrooms closer to the beach. The beds were comfortable. Wished that she had beach supplies, like body boards to use. Loved the location and Ann.
