About this property

Beach House@Caves Beach

Renovated 4/br house with modern kitchen and bathrooms, including an ensuite.

Large deck with clear view to surf, outdoor dining table and gas BBQ.

Lounge room, dining room and kitchen off the deck.

Spacious separate family room with TV, DVD, table tennis, foosball, books, games and DVDs.

Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and grinder, hand mixer, rice cooker, microwave, oven, dishwasher and sufficient crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for two families.

2 bedrooms upstairs (queen and double) and 2 bedrooms downstairs (2 singles and 1 set of bunk beds with a trundle). Sleeps 2 families comfortably (4 adults and 5 children) or 6 adults maximum.

All bed and bath linen provided.

Internal laundry with washing machine and drying lines.

If travelling with toddlers, please bring a safety gate for the stair case.

Mobile phone coverage is patchy. Wireless internet available.

500m from beach, minutes from Caves Beach Hotel, near fishing, walks, bike rides, golf and tennis courts.

The house was in a great position and well equipped. The house seemed clean but…the floors need to be mopped, as we dutifully removed our shoes and consequently got black feet.

Excellent location. The house had everything we needed for a family trip. We did not notice the house does not have an air con during booking so it was a bit hot upstairs in the late afternoon on a 29 degree day.

Location is superb, 5 mins walking to the beach. Cafe is around the corner. Good facilities with large backyard, table tennis, outdoor bbq and well equiped kitchen. The downside is when we checked in the house was a bit dusty and you can tell that the house has been emptied for sometimes. Overall it was pleasant stay.

Great place, very convenient location, close to Coles, walking distance to the beach and club close

House had everything we needed. Lovely big porch, great french doors that opens out to the balcony. Definitely returning. Although it wasn't as hot while we were there, air conditioning would've been good to have as upstairs can get really hot.

The place and views were great. Heaps of room and the deck was great. However, On arrival we noticed that the corner of the front stepping stones was broken. There is a screw loose in the handle of the up stairs toilet, and the games were all incomplete so could not be played, there was no ball for the ping pong table.
