Renovated 4/br house with modern kitchen and bathrooms, including an ensuite.
Large deck with clear view to surf, outdoor dining table and gas BBQ.
Lounge room, dining room and kitchen off the deck.
Spacious separate family room with TV, DVD, table tennis, foosball, books, games and DVDs.
Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and grinder, hand mixer, rice cooker, microwave, oven, dishwasher and sufficient crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for two families.
2 bedrooms upstairs (queen and double) and 2 bedrooms downstairs (2 singles and 1 set of bunk beds with a trundle). Sleeps 2 families comfortably (4 adults and 5 children) or 6 adults maximum.
All bed and bath linen provided.
Internal laundry with washing machine and drying lines.
If travelling with toddlers, please bring a safety gate for the stair case.
Mobile phone coverage is patchy. Wireless internet available.

“This is a lovely place. The position is superb right across from the beach & right across from an upmarket hotel/restaurant.
The house matched the position with all appointments first class (beware … your wife may complain that they are better than home !!).
