Maison des Pêcheurs is located on a large site together with Villa La Mauresque in Juan les Pins within walking distance of the Mediterranean Sea (address: 28 rue Dulys, Juan les Pins).

The big renovation is ready for villa and maison and we have decided to rent only the villa (Home Away number 9087035) and maison together from March till November because it will be nicer for all people for all possibilities as sitting, eating, cooking outside, playing (jacuzzi, trampoline, ping pong, swings, petanque/ jeu de boules) and swimming! Privacy for everybody is very important!

Rent Côte d’Azur bungalow
Maison des Pêcheurs is a spacious bungalow that we lovingly refer to as the fisherman’s cottage. The bungalow was fully restored and redecorated in 2019. Surrounded by a large garden, there’s plenty of sun - or shade - available. In addition, a beautiful pine tree on the property even provides natural cooling without the need for air conditioning, but there is also air condition in the bedrooms. Inside, the insulated walls and roof ensure the temperature is always pleasant. The living room, kitchen and connecting bedroom also have underfloor heating. Next to this bungalow, there is an outside kitchen and a covered terrace.

Home sweet home
The accommodation, which measures approximately 100 m2, has 5 bedrooms and can sleep to 10 guests. The house is fitted with every modern convenience, so you have the option to do some ‘home’ cooking for your group if you wish. Would you rather eat out? The town of Juan les Pins has many restaurants and bars and is just a 5-minute walk away. Guests are free to go wherever they like, both during the day and in the evening, because the short distances mean that a car is simply not necessary.

We also rent a chalet in the 4 Vallées/ Switzerland for 16 guests (Les Collons 1800m - Home away number 6650315). It's about 5,5 hour by car from the South of France. This is also nice in the summertime!
