Welcome to Soquel Villa, a Mediterranean Style Villa with 180 degree views of Monterey Bay. The home was built with meticulous attention to detail throughout, making it an exceptional choice for your holiday.

With the ultimate luxury vacation rental experience in mind, this professionally staged & designed home features high-end materials used throughout. Including a chef's kitchen that offers top of the line appliences; Wolfe Range/Oven, Subzero Fridge/Freezer, (3) Miele dishwashers, and cast iron sinks.

With French limestone, reclaimed pine floors, double arched ceilings, and French provincial stone throughout the home maintans a warm, rustic, european feel. Without losing the modern amenities you'd expect from a 5-Star Quality Stay.

Located in the hills between Santa Cruz and Capitola, surrounded by wineries. You'll be close enough to all the local attractions but also have the ability to return to your own private villa with spectacular views!

This luxury vacation home comfortably sleeps 10 guests!
Our maximum occupancy is 12 guests though (including children/babies/daytime guests). So you are welcome to have up to 12 people if you want to squeeze in.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

The property is only available for overnight guests. No day visitors, events, or parties. Unless approved by management, max occupancy is 12 persons.
Spa is available year round and free to use. Pool is $200 - $500/day. Please inquire for a quote. Total price based on length of stay and season.
Anyone booking the villa agrees to sign a separate rental agreement outlining all the house rules. A copy of the agreement is available on VRBO.

This house and location is absolutely stunning! We have rented many homes globally and this was our favorite. Perfect for a large group/couple of families to relax, all dine together, all hang by the pool, etc... We had such a blast each night in the theatre room singing karaoke (machine not included). Check in was easy and Matt explained all the workings very well. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. House décor and amenities were excellent. Its very secluded up in hills but easy to get to the freeway. Highly recommend :-)

What a great property overlooking the bay. Quiet place with privacy. Deer in the backyard at night. The pool and spa were great. We really enjoyed the theater and fully used the kitchen and pool table and corn hole. Will definitely stay here again!
