Amazing location, view, and property

We stayed for my wife's 50th birthday dinner and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is super convenient, yet secluded. The views are stunning and property has everything you could possibly need!

Family Wedding Weekend

We stayed with our kids and grandson and our inlaws this weekend after attending a family wedding. I was perfect as we go to spend quality time just relaxing! The pictures don't do justice to the property.

What a royal experience! Everything about this house is grand and next level. It has everything for everyone… we never left the house. Great kitch for cooking, entertainment by the pool and movie time was experienced by all! Above all the location is what every heart seeks! It truly has it all ❤️

Perfect Oasis on a Hill

Beautiful place for a quiet group that loves to cook, eat, and lounge around. The kitchen was really well appointed for cooking for a group. The pool and poolside was very relaxing with a gorgeous view. The theater was an added treat and the beds were super comfy. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Spectacular Property

We held our small business group offsite retreat here. The house provided a unique and beautiful setting for memorable team bonding and motivation. The views from the jacuzzi, infinity pool and yard were awe-inspiring. The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained. With ensuite bathrooms it provided the perfect setting for privacy and togetherness. Matt was incredible and made everything so easy! A great experience and we look forward to returning next year!

Santa Cruz villa

What a great property overlooking the bay. Quiet place with privacy. Deer in the backyard at night. The pool and spa were great. We really enjoyed the theater and fully used the kitchen and pool table and corn hole. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing property and host

Our family had a perfect stay. The home has everything you could need and more. The hilltop property and infinity pool/spa provide amazing views. The pool table, home theater, and chef’s kitchen make for a great time for all. Comfortable beds and all rooms with en suite baths spoil every guest in your group. The owner/property manager are super attentive and no need goes unmet. The location is convenient to travelers who want to see not only Santa Cruz, but anywhere from San Fran to San Jose to Monterey to Carmel. It’s a great home base for exploring all the area has to offer. Highly, highly recommend!

Amazing property, secluded but minutes from everything

The property itself is gorgeous, huge and very well cared for. Matt, does an amazing job of keeping it clean and has everything you need. Anything you need or have a question about is dealt with in literally minutes, which was pretty awesome. Pool - great size, epic view. Theater room - awesome, and an experience in itself Bedrooms - beautiful and roomy Kitchen - big and has everything you need Rest of the house - all parts are awesome For sure would rent again.

This place is seriously amazing!

We came here to celebrate a birthday with friends, and had the best time! Our group has stayed in a lot of different rentals over the years, and everyone agreed this was the nicest place we had ever stayed. It was the perfect spot for us because there were so many great communal hangout spots (pool, hot tub, movie theater room, pool table, large dining table, bar, open concept kitchen), but then also everyone had their own bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, so it was the perfect blend of time together and personal space. The house and property are immaculate, the views are incredible, and we were able to use the pool w/ heating when we visited in April. We had everything we needed during our stay, which was great because as soon as we got there, we didn't want to leave. Jay (the property manager) and Matt (the owner) were both super helpful and responsive, and the recommendations we received for the area were also great. Overall, we had a magical time and would love to return again!

Great House

I have made yearly trips around the country with my family (4 adults, 7 children) for the past 10 years. This house is easily one of the best we have every stayed at. The house was clean and as described. The kitchen was functional and well stocked. The pool table and theatre were well maintained and easy to use. The pool was refreshing. The views were gorgeous. If you are looking to stay in the Bay Area, get this house.

Castle in the clouds

Fantastic property for a getaway if you have a large family or multiple couples. Amazing view, pool & spa, large dining room, luxury kitchen. It's a bit remote but once you get there, it is amazing. Great communication with Matt, the owner, and with Jay, the property manager. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful Place

I celebrated my 60th birthday with family and the place was perfect. Lovely kitchen with all the amenities to make our feast. The place has a spectacular view that is best enjoyed from the infinity pool. Looking forward to my next stay.

Beautiful Oasis in Soquel

Everything about this house is incredible. Rustic, yet hip and modern. Very tastefully designed and decorated with comfortable furnishings for lounging, visiting and enjoying the gorgeous view from the pool. The pool makes you feel like you are at a resort, and the outdoor eating area is perfect. Our family held "yoga" classes on the lawn every morning, and enjoyed movies in the awesome home theater every night. It was great fun for all of us – including young adults and our elderly mom. We hope to return soon if Matt and Jay will have us 😁!

Family Oasis

This house and lot are very unique. My family and I love to travel and really wanted a nice quiet getaway prior to our daughter going back to school. This house was absolutely perfect. The property agent and owner were very accommodating and welcoming. Close enough to beaches, restaurants and winery’s to soak up the Santa Cruz experience but when your in the pool watching the family of deer strolling by around 5pm every night you realize what a special property it is. Would highly recommend and look forward to our next stay.

A perfect property for family gatherings

Our family enjoyed every moment together at this gorgeous villa. Everyone, from grandparents to teenage grandkids, had fun swimming in the infinity pool, relaxing in the hot tub, playing games on the lawn, challenging each other to a game of pool, watching movies in the home theater, cooking, dining together outdoors, and simply sitting outside watching birds, sailboats on the bay, and stars in the sky. The house is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and really comfortable for a large group. We took advantage of the location to visit a local winery, downtown Santa Cruz, and the Beach Boardwalk. The property manager Jay was extremely responsive and helpful and we enjoyed a warm welcome from the owner Matt.

Beyond perfect!

Our group of 9 were speechless the whole stay it seemed. This Villa was better than we imagined. We thought we'd be going to the beach and into town etc. but we stayed on the property the entire. time and were thoroughly entertained. The owner Matt is a gem of man - not just a good manager but good person. He was so helpful, we almost invited him to dinner! Anyway, this was a retreat me and my friends will never forget.
