Beautiful Remodeled Fully Furnished 2BR 2BA Condo W/Pool

This condo is conveniently located in the Lighthouse Landing complex near the Bagnell Dam just off Highway 54 in Lake Ozark. Nice open 2BR/2BA condo with pool and ability to sleep 6. This condo has everything you need... just bring your suit! Master bedroom has a queen bed with attached bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen bed. There is an air mattress for additional guests! It comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, bath towels, pool towels & bed linens. Large flat screen TV in the living room and the Master bedroom with cable and high speed internet. TV with Roku in second bedroom.

A covered balcony equipped with patio furniture is great for either enjoying the morning view with coffee or an evening dinner with your family.

Must be 25 to rent.

NO Smoking (anywhere in the property) & NO Pets

Check-In 3 PM and Check-Out 11 AM unless otherwise arranged.

Condo is clean and well maintained by owners with everything you need for your trip. We do reserve the right to assess an additional cleaning fee if the condo is left excessively dirty/messy and rental rules are not followed.

12x32 boat slip available for additional charge however there is no trailer parking on site.

The condo is about as close to the dam as you can get so there is plenty to do close to the condo. You can swim in the lake, at your own risk, but docks are private property. Visitors can enjoy nearby restaurants, bars, shopping, water sports, and golfing by either boat or car. This section of the lake is close to popular spots located at Bagnall Dam, Horseshoe Bend, and not far from Osage Beach.

The condo was very nice, clean, loved the outdoor space! The only (small) issue was the owner was overly specific about check-in times (we were 30 minutes early, and we had to wait for the code to get in). Not a big deal, just don't be early. It was a nice stay.

We had a great time! The property was just as described and the owners are very responsive when trying to contact. The unit is right off the parking lot and close to the dam with access to shops and fun things to do. We had a great time and our kids really enjoyed it! Thanks!!

When we got there it was fine except the bed linen for my room had a speck of fresh blood on it and I seen white hair particles on the sheets. The owner was easy to communicate with but, I found hair again on the patio, but the owner did say they clean the place themselves. I cleaned the shower(soap residue) was on it. The a/c went out like day 2 I tried again to just be optimistic and wait hoping it will come back on but it didn't. Easy communicator but the a/c went out again right before we left. The washer was leaking into the rug that was there. When we first arrived I noticed a towel on the floor by the washer machine which told me they knew it was leaking. There was no sugar for my coffee I bought because the coffee there was pretty much outdated. The toilet seats could be changed to some new ones. Had black spots from old wear and tear. Lastly it was a great location close to mostly everything plus it wasn't far from the charger center for the my Tesla.

Very nice place

The property was exactly as described. It was very clean and uncluttered. I will say that having to pay a property damage fee up front was a little annoying because I normally don't do that but I do realize it is up to the owner to request that. The owner was also very specific about rules which I understand. I would say that if you have children and you are afraid an accident might happen or something might get broken this might not be the place for you. I stayed with a group of adults and we didn't break or mess anything up but I was a little apprehensive while we stayed there because of all of the rules. It was a great stay though, and the property was very, very nice.
