O21 house - Old Town Varaždin

O21 house is located near Old Town of Varaždin. In its walking distance are Old town museum, Watchtower, HNK theater, Varazdin Cemetery, and all other sighths located in center of city. 021 house consists of three rooms, kitchen, hallway and has its own yard with garden. It is old house, but entirely renovated in 2019.

The space
021 house consists of hallway, kitchen, bathroom, and three rooms. First room oriented to the garden is designed as a main sleeping room. Second room is large room oriented mainly on our private driveway and on street. Second room is imagined as living room with double bed. Third room is dininig room which is equiped with sofa that can be easily transformed in double sized bed.

Guest access
Guests has access to yard which surrounds house. In yard in front of house is outdoor bistro table which is perfect place for spend coffee time. Yard is hidden from street with wall fence. Backyard is garden with beautiful fig trees.

O21 house is located near Old Town of Varaždin, it is only one minute walk from feudal fortress, and four minute walk from entrance in Old town museum and Watchtower. Distance from main city square Korzo is 7 minute of walk.
