Amazing 4 bedroom home with updated furnishings for the most comfortable stay. Conveniently located less than a half mile from Choctaw Casino, this property is close to restaurants, entertainment and all on 50+ acres. Fire pit, disc golf, corn hole and more with plenty of parking. Kitchen fully stocked for meals and cooking. Nicely decorated throughout the entire house. The master room has a king bed and two of the other rooms have queens. The 4th bedroom has two twins in it. Remodeled bathrooms with luxury walk in showers and amazing interiors. Full size washer and dryer for use. Wireless internet and Direct TV with NFL Sunday Ticket. Large Jenga blocks and bowling set for kids. Extremely large front yard completely fenced 6 feet tall for complete privacy. Covered area in the front yard for staying out of the rain or heat. Gas grill for cooking out on the large back patio right next to a huge fire pit. There are a total of 56 acres to explore with a 2 ponds with bass and crappie. We have a kayak available to use and have caught some nice fish. Diverse land with large trees and a creek. We have a corn hole set , 2 official size mobile disc golf sets with discs, Cornhole set to enjoy the outdoors. All of this is located less than a half mile from the Choctaw Casino in Durant, Oklahoma and an hour from the north Dallas area. The casino host large events with top performers from all over the world. For kids they offer a large arcade room with many different types of games. They also have a bowling alley and a movie theatre at the casino. Durant has a very nice historic down town area with restaurants and bars. The property is also located less than 15 minutes from Lake Texoma which offers excellent fishing opportunities for Striper bass and many other fish. Beautiful interior.
Was hard to find, anyone not tolerant of occasional noise (from trains) this us not the place. Outside was ok, but lors of tree limbs and debris. Deck is a little weathered and needs repair. A sidewalk to back door would be good for people who are unsteady on their feet since you have to use back door to get in. Owners are great.

Great place for our annual brothers trip.
My two brothers and I get together every year to gamble and enjoy each other’s company and this was a perfect place (and only 1/2 mile from the casino). It was great that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked even though we aren’t much for cooking. The property owner and his mother were extremely helpful and were quick to get back to me. Had we won at the casino I would have given it 6 stars!

Acceptable stay, but could be better
We only stayed one night on our journey to see the solar eclipse. We enjoyed our trip. The house was easy to find and the house and property were nice. There is an amazing huge wood deck at the back of the house, but the weather was a bit to cold for us to enjoy. There were 6 of us and plenty of bedrooms and nice restrooms. We did hear several trains during the night, but we knew that based on the descriptions. There were a few negatives we hope will be resolved in the future. Some of the lights were very dim. The shower near the twin beds only had hot water and there were no hooks or towel racks. We also had trouble opening one of the doors to the Jack and Jill restroom. Hopefully these will be repaired for the next groups.

Relax Relax Relax
This is not our first time to stay at this property. We love it every time we stay and this time was no exception. This trip was more of a relaxation get away. Yes, even with the train. The train does run all day and night. With that said the train for some reason is relaxing and entertaining. We went to the casino for one night. No, not a winner on that. The next 4 days was about relaxing and went into town to enjoy some restaurants and liquor store. Can't wait till the next time

Nice location near casino
Clean house. We honestly were only here to sleep after a concert at the casino. Beds were comfy. A little bit of a challenge finding it on waze but google maps led us right to it. Not a fault of the property, obviously. Just as a call out. We did hear the trains all night and half the group used the provided ear plugs and the other half didn't but that was a preference by each person. Would definitely stay here again.

Getaway with Grandkids
This was the second time I have stayed here. My daughter rented the first time. Like it so much had to rent again. It is perfect size inside for kids to play and adults to relax. Not to far from stores and casino. The ages range from 11 months to 65. There is a train that does run. I know during the day it was entertaining for my grandson who is 2. It does run at night it really didn’t bother me. Just depends on what kind of sleeper you are. We really enjoyed ourselves and would rent again.

Pleasant stay
The property is extremely nice clean and clean. New cabinets in the kitchen and some items were stocked. Very comfortable beds and well laid out for our group. There is an active railroad track near the property but it did not interfere with our sleep. We will use the property again if we need to be in the area.

Great place!
It was perfect for us to stay for our trip to a concert and the casino! So close and convenient! Our entire group had a great time…cornhole, fishing, hanging out by the fire pit. The deck is very spacious! Beautiful decor inside and tons of bedrooms, very comfortable, great kitchen, etc! Highly recommended!! We will definitely return!

We had a great stay. Very clean and beautiful big yard. Just like the pictures posted. Train isn’t bad at all. We stayed 4 days and enjoyed our time there very much- highly recommended. Only down side was the water pressure, the best shower pressure was in the master shower only. And the water smelled so bad like sulfur the first 2 days and we just ran the water for a bit.

Perfect place to stay after choctaw concert
Attended Journey concert at Choctaw with friends. Hotel prices were really high. This little gem was very close to Choctaw and perfect for the 5 of us. Comfortable and convenient and great price. We'd stay there again!!

The property was very nice. Comfortable beds and large showers. We could not figure out the water. It was either no pressure or scalding hot. Needs outside lights especially when checking in. The train was very loud and went by multiple times during the night.

Had my bachelor party down here to go on a fishing trip. The house was very cozy!
Everything was really nice but you will be awaken by a train more than likely. It's right by the house. Kaine was very responsive and helped us have a good weekend.

I grew up in Durant and went to Southeastern. My wife is also from the area. We now live in North Texas and have 4 kids. I am a Tx & Ok real estate agent and have a land clearing business in the Durant area. Our family loves coming up to the property and hope that yours will too.

Why they chose this property

We loved the mix of trees and open fields on the land. It’s close to everything but still had a country feel to it. Lots to enjoy on the property.

Extremely close to the Casino & Lake Texoma. Beautiful 56 acres to roam. We keep the place very clean and want to make our guest feel as comfortable as possible while visiting the area.
