A beach house with a cozy land of 3000mq, surrounded by regional tree plants, where you can spend a pleasant holiday both families, as well as a group of friends where they will be accommodated with simplicity and comfort.
Large garden with parking area for more than 10 cars. Right tranquility, for those who want to relax, sleep well and have fun, this is the place!
Our living and dining room is integrated with kitchen and 50mq covered balcony with mobile barbecue, forming a unique, large, cozy and very pleasant environment for meals and family reunions.
Dining area on veranda with table and chairs for 8 people. Distance from the beach 50 m
With extra costs we can organize cook / maid services.
