Hello, those are all minor issues and we responded right away to fix them. Due to multiple cancellations from COVID the condo had to be left vacant for several months and those problems can all be expected. This is one of the nicest condos and complexes on Bonita Beach. My own family stays here several weeks out of the year. To be as gentle as can , this was a very difficult traveler. Glad you won’t be coming back. One more thing I would like to add. This traveler cancelled last minute well outside the cancellation policy and still expected a full refund. I was able to work something out so they could stay a few months later and did not lose their money. I think this review is overblown and vindictive because they wanted their money back instead of a credit. “Soiled sheets” must be a false or made up accusation. That’s just not possible with the cleaning staff we have. I should have just followed the cancellation policy rules of VRBO and not given a credit. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and now on top of that I have a bad review that I don’t deserve for this beautiful condo. I just wanted anyone who comes to read this review to know the full story.
