Comfy sofa in front of a large screen TV with Netflix. High speed internet provided. Two exclusive & spacious parking spots for our guests.
About The Space: This unit is located on the second floor of the house and guest must be able to climb a few stairs to access the unit. The apartment is part of the detached, side-split house. Guests will have a separate private side door access to their apartment. Two dedicated parking spots are provided. Keys will be provided upon check-in.
About the Neighborhood: Holland landing is located directly in between Newmarket and Bradford (under 10 minutes drive). You will have easy access to a large selection of restaurants, retail and grocery stores, Upper Canada Mall, movie theater and more! If you are trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of busy city life, you are going to be in the right place. Located within minutes of Holland River, you will find multiple marinas and fishing spots. A short drive can get you to beautiful beaches by Lake Simcoe, or nature trails in Scanlon Creek Conservation Area.

This is a very clean and comfortable property with a courteous and responsive host. I have stayed here before, already have my next reservation, and it will be my first choice for all future visits to the area.

The apartment is very clean, spacious, and well maintained with ample supplies (towels, sheets, etc.). Sepehr is a very courteous and accommodating host. Responds to questions and requests in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this unit and will definitely book next time I am in town.
