The house is very cozy, large, windy, terraced, with green area, garden, barbecue and a wonderful pool, with a small waterfall and special (shallow) area for children!
The house has two floors, a total of 6 (six) bedrooms, all with air conditioning. On the ground floor we have living room, kitchen, balcony, two suites, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom in the hallway. On the upper floor we have two more suites and a bedroom, all with double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom, a living room and a pantry with a small room in which has a ceiling fan and a bunk bed with two beds. Thus, we have 5 double beds and 3 single beds, for a total of 13 bed accommodations. As we allow up to a maximum of 20 people, 7 people can stay on a mattress. (we do not consider for this count the bunk beds in the back room)

Outside the house we have a service area, maid's room with bathroom, laundry area, covered and uncovered part, barbecue, balconies, green area, garden, swimming pool, shower and bathroom. In the garage it is possible to place up to 4 cars.

The house is in an absolutely privileged location, in a gated community, offering, besides leisure, security to residents. In the condominium we have a playground, a court and parking for visitors. The neighborhood is excellent, with restaurants, markets, as well as being close to Villas do Atlântico, Lauro de Freitas and the airport.
