Lovely villa with great view

This property is in a lovely area that is quiet with sweeping views out to the ocean. The villa is quaint and the bed is comfortable. There are comfortable sitting areas inside and outside. You can pay extra to heat the pool. There is a fireplace and indoor heaters and air conditioners if needed. The villa could be better equipped though. No pillows on couches or blankets in the entire house. Kitchen is basicically equipped. No blender, or espresso machine for example. Bathrooms have no soap or extras , so bring your own. Expensive checkin costs on top and you can rent sheets, towels and kitchen towels/sponge for extra. Cleaning is extra. But other than that, a lovely vacation in a lovely area close to many nice beaches , restaurants and interesting villages.

Tolle Aussicht und Aussenausstattung, von Innen eher einfach und ein wenig abgewohnt

Wir haben die tolle Aussicht und die gepflegte Aussenanlage sehr genossen. Eine wirklich tolle Aussicht. Das Beste ist die Sonnenausrichtung, wir hatten den ganzen Tag bis zum Sonnenuntergang Sonne. Zudem gibt es sechs sehr schöne Liegen und Stühle. Von Innen: einfache Ausstattung und das Elternbad ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad in der oberen Etage ist neu und schön, aber auch schon leicht abgenutzt. Aufgrund der Innenausstattung geben wir daher eine 4, da zudem zum ursprünglichen Preis noch extra Kosten für die Heizung des Pools und die Handtücher und die Bettbezüge dazukamen. Im Vergleich zu den Häusern mit 4 Schlafzimmern und einer anderen Ausstattung war es sehr teuer.

Super locatie en sfeervol huis

Wat doe je als je 25 jaar getrouwd bent? Dan ga je lekker met je gezin op een mooie plek zitten en genieten. Dit huis is supergezellig en heeft geweldig uitzicht. Lekker eten op het terras met daarna een duik in het zwembad. Binnen is ook alles te vinden wat je nodig hebt.

A beautiful haven

We loved this villa. The view is beautiful, the patio is lovely, and the house is charming. The owner and the letting agent were both very pleasant and helpful. We ordered pool heating and it all happened fine (not always the case, in our experience). There are plenty of cushions for the sun beds and chairs. We barely went out to our favourite haunts as the patio was so relaxing for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and at all times in between! We definitely hope to be back. Thank you.

Tolles Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Le Refuge ist ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage auf dem Hügel mit Traumaussicht auf die Bucht von St. Tropez. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet - 3 schöne Schlafzimmer und ein toller Außenbereich mit sehr schönem Überlaufpool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist klasse, man ist schnell im Hinterland, in Cannes, Antibes, Nizza, Villefranche s Mer. Nach St. Tropez kann man easy mit dem Bateau Vert fahren. Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Vielen Dank.

Superbes vacances dans un cadre idyllique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci Inge. Au delà de la vue exceptionnelle, la villa est très agréable, et propose tout le confort moderne nécessaire. Nous avons par le passé, à de nombreuses reprises, séjourné dans les environs, mais les Issambres est un point de chute idéal, à mi-chemin entre Ste maxime et St Raphael, avec accès direct par bateau à St Tropez . Seul tout petit bémol, les règles sont un peu strictes concernant certains équipements notamment pour de jeunes enfants (utilisation des bains de soleil seulement secs et protégés par une serviette de bain, mise en place obligatoire de plaids sur les canapés avant de s'asseoir, etc) Néanmoins cela ne modifie pas pour autant notre appréciation globale qui reste très satisfaisante, nous reviendrons sûrement !

Sehr großzügiges Haus mit beheizbare Pool und traumhafter Aussicht

Die Lage des Hauses in den Bergen macht ein Auto unumgänglich, aber bedeutet auch einen tollen Blick über die Bucht bis nach St.Tropez. ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge: zu den Stränden, Küstenstädten, in die Berge, Schluchten von Verdon etc. Im Oktober haben allerdings schon einige Restaurants und Geschäfte etc geschlossen. Auch zu beachten ist, dass immer noch-trotz Verbots- gerne und reichlich Gartenabfälle verbrannt werden. Wir mussten unser Frühstück auf der Terrasse auch mal wegen Ascheregens nach innen verlegen. Im Sommer sollte dies aber kein Problem sein.

Traumhafte süße Villa

Die Villa ist einem sehr schönen Landhausstil gehalten und hat einen super genialen Infinity Pool. Die Ausstattung ist eher einfach gehalten, aber uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es sind 6 tolle bequeme Liegen am Pool, mit einer sehr schönen Sitzgelegenheit und einem Webergrill. Die Lage der Villa ist einfach genial, weit oben gelegen und sehr ruhig, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Bucht von St. Tropez. Alles in allem einfach nur traumhaft, von morgens bis abends ca. 20:45 Uhr Sonne satt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und waren nicht das letzte Mal in dieser tollen Villa.

Wij hebben ongelooflijk genoten van het mooie huis met echt een fantastisch uitzicht waar je de hele dag naar kan blijven kijken. De pool maakt het tot een hele gave plek! Echt de moeite waard.

super huis met prachtig uitzicht

Wij komen hier inmiddels al 5 jaar en hebben het er altijd super naar ons zin. Het huis ligt hoog op de berg van Les Issambres, prachtig uitzicht over de baai van Saint Maxime en St Tropez en heerlijk rustig gelegen. Het huis is sfeervol ingericht en heeft heerlijke bedden. Wat wij wel missen met de warmte in de zomer is een airco in de slaapkamers. Wij komen graag weer terug.

We had two great weeks in your house and fully enjoyed the beautiful house and great terrace. The house is very well equipped -we did not miss anything! The area is very quiet and the view on the bay of St. Tropez is absolutely amazing. We will come back for sure!

beau sejour

Semaine idyllique dans un cadre très tranquille à cette époque une vue magnifique sur le golfe de St Tropez nous avons profité quotidiennement de la piscine chauffée . Maison très agréable décorée avec goût. Ballades à proximité dans la pinède et belles ballades à faire sur le sentier du littoral. En somme un beau séjour très ensoleillé.
