We are a family of 5 . The P3-3 was the perfect size for 2 adult kids and 1 teenager. The site is very clean . The gym is smal but good .

Great time at the Atrium

The property was exactly as described. A car is a must. The kitchen could use a few items to make it more useful. A couple roaches gave us a scare. The pool was fantastic! All in all, we had a fabulous stay.

Dear Merany, Thank you for your review. We are delighted to hear that you had a fabulous stay. Please note that the kitchen is fully equipped, with glasses, bakeware, cookware, utensils, cutlery, etc. Not sure which items you are referring to. As discussed, if doors are left open for awhile, mosquitoes, roaches, etc. can fly in. It is important to not leave doors open for extended periods, and if left open, ensure that the mosquito mesh screen sliding door is closed. We had subsequent guests who did not report seeing any roaches. Thank you for booking this listing!

Slightly deceiving

All in all, the place was good. Great location away from the hustle. Main complaint is that the spiral stairs to the 3rd bedroom is outside on the balcony. The picture on the site is deceiving. Also the penthouse bedroom is very musky. Other complaint is that the place needs to be renovated. The central air was also very finicky. The WiFi went out one night but they came quickly the next day to fix it. There is no restaurant or convenient store at the resort which isn’t great.

Great vacation

My family has traveled to Turks multiple times and we always like to try new locations so this place was a first for us. The location is awesome! Far enough away from the busy Grace Bay area but walk able to the best beach in Turks! The people are so nice and welcoming. Shout out to Julian who made sure we had lawn chairs, umbrellas etc and such a nice human being and always smiling:) This made our stay so enjoyable. Pool was clean and beautiful and the whole family had the best experience. We will be back next year! Happy New Year to all the folks at The Atrium!
