Overlooking the ocean, spacious condo on the 24th floor. This condo comes with light daily cleaning service. In this 3 bedroom/3 bath, the master bedroom facing the ocean and the 2 other bedrooms facing the mountains, you will have the perfect place for friends and family to relax together with the breeze throughout, the sound of the waves and the magnificent views. The daily cleaning service is included with a possibility for more hours and babysitting. Your stay includes up to 60 pesos of electrical per day, anything spent above this will be charged as a supplement. The overall property is gorgeous and very safe. Five swimming are available each with Jacuzzis. Two on site pool restaurants. A gym and spa are also available for guests.

Amazing Condo in Hotel Zone of Puerto Vallarta

All five of us (two couples and a single) absolutely loved our two-week stay in February 2020 in Ralph and Isabelle's beautiful condo overlooking the Bay of Banderas. The condo is huge, with spacious bedrooms and common areas. The kitchen is well equipped with top notch appliances and everything you need to cook and prepare meals. (We like to "eat in" and often ate at the large table on the balcony, with a breathtaking view of the bay and downtown). From the balcony, we saw whales breaching several times during our stay. The breezes were refreshing, and we never had to use the air conditioning the entire time we were there. Beds were comfortable, water pressure perfect, and all furnishings lovely (including the balcony). Ralph and Isabelle were friendly and responsive. We can't say enough good things about our condo rental. We'll be back!

Why they chose this property

We are on the 24th floor, there's always a breeze allowing you to live with A/C a lot of the time, which I personally really like. We overlook the ocean and hear the waves crashing at night, enjoy fireworks almost every night from the balcony where we spend a lot of time. The grounds of property itself, is very pretty and relaxing. The pools are very clean and enjoyable, with a restaurant that has very good food for a very reasonable price. It is very well situated to hop on a bus and go to the Old Town or take an Uber for ~ 10 min ride or ~$3. It is next to a high end shopping center and very nice restaurants. Walmart and Costco are also less than 5 -10 min away.
