It’s located just 1.1 from Notre Dame and close to Eddy St, a hub of activity that draws both locals and visitors alike. Historic landmarks, wine tasting, the Riverwalk, golf, and all the food & shopping you could want are just a short drive from this beautiful apartment. We aim to make your stay relaxing, whether for business, travel, or sporting events.
As a quick disclaimer and note to potential guests, we are a FAMILY ORIENTED neighborhood. We are NOT a party house and have a strict 10pm - 7am noise rule. After 10pm our neighbors should not hear you. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PARTY and come and go all hours of the night, we are not a good fit for you. Rowdiness, excessive noise, loud music, etc. are all grounds for removal.

Our neighbors are all families who have children. Please be considerate of them and respectful of this rule or you will be made to leave the property immediately.
