The apartment is on Marine Parade which is the road parallel to Suttons beach, as such it is a 3 minute walk onto the beach as well as to the local shops and market.
There is a footpath running along the length of the beach allowing running, walking and cycling with great views.
Bus stop is 100m from the rear of the apartment. Underground secure car parking. Apartment is around 20 mins from Brisbane International Airport

Amazing Property
We all throughly enjoyed our stay here. We had a large group of ladies which travelled near and far to stay a week for a 50th Birthday party for a close friend. Some of the ladies included three from NSW and this was there very first QLD trip and they were over the moon with the location and property type. So much so they wish to return every year now. The property was very neat and tidy and very spacious with great views of the surrounding area. Close to the beach and parks and also walking distance to shopping centres. I would recommend staying here to everyone. Also would like to thank management on a lovely stay which I'm sure I will be doing again soon :)
I always try to provide an honest, unbiased review based on my experience. Our stay was only for a few days, but we found the penthouse to be well located, very spacious and clean. The views are lovely, and as it faces west, the sunsets are spectacular. Generally the furnishings are reasonably comfortable (not luxurious) but in good condition. It might just have been bad timing but we had no hot water on the first day. The blankets (only one thin poly fleece per bed) are summer weight and inadequate for this time of year. We put the air con on at night for a while but it didn’t make much difference. There are quality appliances in the kitchen which are easy to use and work well, but when we tried to use the iron, it leaked water and the ironing board wobbles. Minimal supply of crockery, there was 8 in our group, but only 4 large plates, 4 small plates?? A few other minor issues which meant our stay was not quite as enjoyable as we were anticipating. Over all the accommodation was quite good, but some minor improvements would have made it much more enjoyable.
Loved our stay at the apartment. the location is amazing. The place has loads of space and has everything you need. family enjoyed the spa. Would defiantly recommend.

My sisters and I had the first holiday together on our own in 49 years. Great place to stay. Location fantastic. Close to everything without being in the middle of noise and rush. Heaps of room in the apartment. Very peaceful. We will definitely go back next year.

Fantastic property
We loved our stay at the penthouse apartment, it comfortably fit 8 of us with lots of space. The property is well looked after and the owner was very accommodating. The outdoor balcony area was a hit as was the spa! Definitely recommend this property, in a great area close to shops. We thorougly enjoyed our weeks stay.

Beautiful penthouse ideally located
Wow! We the apartment was more than we expected. The open plan space was perfect for my family. The deck outside was lovely to have for my little one who wanted to crawl everywhere. Even though it was winter time the deck was still warm enough for us to use the BBQ and the spa on numerous occasions. There were more than enough pots, pans, glasses etc. The bedrooms were very spacious and it was a pleasure waking up in the master suite with a view of the ocean. My eldest loved having his own space away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the house. TVs in every room made it another plus point. Our stay was made even better by the fact that the owners went out of their way to provide nappies and food when we arrived. After a 26 hour journey eggs, bacon and toast was the best thing since popcorn. My son loved the swimming pool and the apartment is very conveniently located close to the beach and the centre of town. It was very clean as well with little soaps and loads of towels. The only thing that we can comment on was the frustration with the parking. There are clear signs that there is parking for penthouse 2 allocated by the lifts. Unfortunately due to the parking spot having a red dot in front of it people thought they could park there. It was very frustrating as we struggled to get our baby in and out of the car. This only happened over weekends though. And this is not the fault of the owners at all. The rest of the time it was great! Thank you so much we loved the stay and would definitely come again

We emigrated from the UK back in 2003 and now live happily in Scarborough nearby to Redcliffe. We have 3 children and love it down at Suttons beach as it is very safe with calm waters for the kids. The beaches are also well setup with barbecues. The area has some great new restaurants and gives easy access to many of the tourist areas.
Why they chose this property
We have hosted many satisfied guests from the over the last 10 years and we are sure this will continue. The apartment has a great covered balcony and we find our guests love this for entertaining in the evenings. We also have fully ducted air conditioning as summers in Queensland can sometimes be humid.
What makes this property unique
The apartment is very spacious for families with a total floor space of 240 sqm. It also has great views from the balcony and is within a very short walking distance from all the main areas.
