The decking was covers in branches and leaves in a very poor state we had to sweep it all . The decking area is very dirty and old and the step is slippery and rotted . Everything else was today and clean

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious apartment at the beach club, palm cove. The apartment was about 10m from the lagoon pool which was perfect. The apartment was well furnished and stocked, and, Jenny, or host was excellent. Highly recommend, and hope we can visit again soon!

Peppers is amazing

We loved our stay at Peppers, and this room was in such a great spot. We are very familiar with palm cove and peppers beach club, and the location of this room is great. It’s just a few metres from the lagoon pool but far enough that you don’t get the noise of the pool. The room is clean with nice decor, and the checkin process and property manager was fantastic. Great place to stay with 2 adults and 2 kids.

Lovely stay at Palm Beach

The four of us stayed at the apartment for Ironman weekend 2023. It was super well located to step out to the swim start and the bike leg of the Ironman. Beautiful well appointed apartment which was very clean and well designed. We loved the spa on the veranda, the pools and the location for eating out and the easy parking underneath. It was very comfortable and it is only a shame we didn’t have longer!!

Very spacious well laid out accomodation Belinda was an amazing lady av any time to help if needed and also a late check out thank you Very easy to book and easy to check in and out Ground floor was appreciated as a lot of stairs in building Only negative was the cleanliness of the lounge as old blueberries still visible on floor under tv cabinet Probably could do with some new pillows and cushions too We would love to go back though as the positives far outweigh those 2 small things

Great family holiday

The property was exactly as listed. Unfortunately it was not the cleanest. There were a number of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. A few things were missing but that was rectified quickly. A idea spot close to the pool and walking distance to a range of cafes and restaurants.

My family and I had stayed at Peppers before although this experience was disappointing. The suite is quite tired and dated. The furniture is dark and dusty. The suite needs a thorough clean and a refresh. Beds and cushions were uncomfortable. The wifi wasn’t consistent, no tissues or tea towels were supplied. You will need to bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner as you will only receive enough for 1 day. Overall we were quite disappointed given the price we paid. Would not stay again.

Amazing family friendly stay!

We had a fantastic stay here what a beautiful location for our first ever family holiday. The resort is fantastic so relaxing all the amenities really nice and most importantly child/infant and toodler friendly we felt very safe with our 2 little ones. The accommodation is fantastic outdoor area loungers could do with updating/cleaning and a vaccine would also be fantastic to have access too as we found the sand build up over the duration of our stay a bit frustrating to deal with how we this is a small issue considering the accommodation as a whole I couldn’t recommend it enough. Thank you so much for a great stay we had an incredible time because of this stay and it’s location. We hope to return one day again soon!

Fantastic Holiday

We had a wonderful experience at Beach Club; the apartment was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The location was fantastic with really easy access to the pool and to the main strip of Palm Cove. We also had wonderful service from Bron who went above and beyond. Would come again.

We loved our stay at apartment 5313 - close to the pool without being noisy. Spacious and comfortable. The owners have been very generous in appointing the apartment with every necessity (a nice change from so many apartments elsewhere which are spartan by comparison!). And Jenny gave us the warmest of introductions to the property. The benefit of being part of the Peppers Resort is also evident - particularly with our having access to the pool bar and day spa. A fantastic holiday that generated so many precious memories that we hope to repeat. Thank you!

Excellent Family Holiday Apartment

Fantastic apartment with everything you need for a holiday with a toddler. The room was located approximately 10 metres from the Lagoon pool and included facilities like beach toys as well as a stroller, highchair and potty. The second bedroom is quiet and is nice and dark for day time sleeps. We will definitely be booking this for our family vacation next year.

Lovely apartment, Great position

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at this lovey and clean, well maintained apartment. It is just as the photos show. It is in a great position close to the pool with direct access from the gate on the deck. We were greeted at the entrance by a lovely lady named Jenny from Premier Holidays who took us to our apartment and showed us around. The resort is just fabulous, our boys loved the pool and looked forward to happy hour at the swim up bar for their daily treat milkshake! We have already rebooked this apartment for next year!
