Private and very quiet, ground floor, inner circle in highly desirable building # 5. This condo has been professionally renovated in 2024, overlooks a tropical garden, and has a partial ocean view. 
This adult-oriented unit has two flat-screen TVs, high-end tropical-style furniture, including a King bed & Queen sofa, 4 person dining table, and many quality furniture and art pieces.
Our unit is centrally located in building #5 within the resort, with no road noise, and it’s an easy 5 minute walk to Kama'ole III beach or 1 minute to the pools and spas.
Our updated kitchen is a chef's delight and is outfitted with all items you need for everyday use. An abundance of dishes, stemware, cookware, toaster, coffee grinder & maker, blender, knives, etc.
There is a new washer & dryer in the unit with an iron & ironing board for your convenience.
Thirsty white towels are provided, and we have beach towels, umbrella, coolers and Tommy Bahama chairs, for your excursions.
The newly tiled outdoor lanai is perfect for sunset drinks or a morning brunch. Also enjoy a great cross breeze with the safety of our locking front entrance security screen door.
We offer late check-outs at 1/2 of the nightly rate for stays over 7 days.
