Bright, spacious and very relaxing, this much loved large 1940's-1950's original seaside retreat is perfectly suited to families, couples or groups of friends looking to escape to this fantastic beach loaction with all amenities only minutes away.
Nestled amongst native gardens, you will instanly unwind and relax from the moment that you arrive.

Central bathroom, ensuite with spa bath, 2 seperate toliets, 3rd shower in laundry plus outdoor 3rd toilet and rain shower with hot and cold water perfect to wash off after a long day at the beach.

We have lovingly restored and kept the character to share with others. It's beautiful all year providing a haven for weary travelers or those looking to explore the peninsula.
We are in a perfect position for any of the other points of interest. Close to the freeways, perfectly positioned for the beach and restaurants.
Our amazing Coonara is just heavenly in winter.As I've said it is "the Perfect Beach House"

Our Home is comfortable with all the modern additions without being so precious that you can't relax.
It has a lovely feel to it and is perfect for people with small children as the balcony is the protected
The house is split level and there are a few stairs 7 up and 7 down but each level has a gate that can be locked.
On the outside, there is a large front leveled garden with shade perfect for small children and this is also protected with a large farm gate
