The wrap-around deck provides indoor and outdoor living, with a BBQ, pizza oven, and sunny front terrace for breakfast. Upstairs, a second living area with stunning bay views opens to a wraparound balcony, perfect for sunset cocktails. The master bedroom offers bay views, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite.

The self-contained studio includes a kitchenette, bathroom, and 40-inch TV. The property also has a wood fire, gas heating, cooling, BBQ, secure parking, and plenty of space for kids. Located near McCrae Village’s cafes, restaurants, and beaches, it’s centrally located to explore all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
