Bedroom 2: Two single bunk beds and wardrobe (sleeps 4)

Studio: King bed with spilt system aircon/heating bar fridge, tea and coffee making (sleeps 2)

Linen and towels:
Linen and towels are supplied for your stay and includes bedding, sheets, quilts and towels. Please BYO beach towels.

Children:
A portacot and high chair are available to hire at the house for use if needed during your stay.

Pets:
The backyard is fully fenced and we welcome pets at our property.
Please advise this during your booking.
You must clean up any hair or poo to avoid extra cleaning charges and they are not allowed on the furniture.


Groups:
This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups.
We do accept schoolies bookings, though a higher bond.

Guest numbers:
The price of the booking will increase pending the size of your group

Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is negotiable, dependent on the booking dates of other guests
Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay.

This private residents is located on a quiet street though only minutes away from the local beach, shops and Rosebud RSL.

Rosebud and the surrounding Mornington Peninsula have a-lot to offer including beautiful bay and ocean beaches, wineries, amazing restaurants, hot springs, family activities and local markets.
