Embodying the Peninsula’s outdoor lifestyle, this home is characterised by a beautiful blend of indoor and alfresco areas. Staged over two levels, it provides ample space to spread out and makes for a contemporary retreat for family or group getaways.

The main living is found on the upper level. An open-plan dining and lounge flows to the covered alfresco deck with a BBQ to cook up a feast. You’ll have a choice of outdoor seating, a large indoor dining table or the breakfast bar, to take things slow over your morning coffee. The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with high-quality appliances and cooking utensils along with a butler’s pantry. There are plush sofas to relax after a busy day along with an indoor electric fireplace to keep cosy during winter. During the warmer months, the home is cooled by an evaporative cooling system, complemented by refreshing coastal breezes. A second TV room downstairs provides separate entertainment zones for parents and kids, complete with a PS4 and a selection of games. Additionally, a dedicated workspace awaits, featuring a swivel chair, dual monitor setup, keyboard, and mouse for those who need a comfortable spot to attend to tasks.

All four bedrooms have been beautifully appointed for your stay. The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. The second bedroom also comes with a queen-sized bed and opens to the entertaining deck. This is an idyllic spot to unwind in the sunshine over your favourite book. Downstairs you’ll find two more bedrooms, custom-made for families. Each contains a combination bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single above. There is a full bathroom upstairs and downstairs, both with a bathtub and shower, while you’ll also enjoy the convenience of an internal laundry room.
