this is one of the Unique apartment where is so spacious and high ceiling and also it is in the center of City life can offer.
There is a 2 way bathroom that has a ensuite door on the first room .
this bathroom also has a extra door for other people to use.
1 free car per on site is rarely available in this area as you can check.
automatic coffee machine as well as pod coffee machine are there.
one extra stand alone freezer is there for ice and all for summer.
Netflix is one of the features nowadays ,we cannot live without it.
it is on the Brunswick mall , next to the new music concert hall However all the bedroom is facing to the inside except the sunroom(extra bed) so sleeping conditioner is good.
From the Sunroom you will appreciated the view and breeze coming through to the wide widow. there is a thick blinds are on the window so the heat will be cut off during summer .
kitchen is fully equipped, including air fryer and gas, microwave.
you can buy a fresh roasted coffee bean to brew a good coffee in this area ,10mins waling distance.
all shopping , all kinds of different cuisine you can try, is away from here to 10-15 mins on foot.
there are several 24hours open convenient stores infront of the apartment and big supermarket is in 2-5 mins away including aldi.
